Sadly, or surprisingly, after 3 weeks of playing online I still have only come across 1 Kokonoe, so I would not say I'm at the position to judge. But I do remember having to go super saiyan and block the instant overheads like a king. I think that once you've seen her blockstrings a lot, her mixup isn't too scary, unless your blocking that 50/50 hammer. Even that can probably be dealt with if you know the player your fighting, and can guess really well. I don't need to mention anything else because everybody else has, but I was just thinking this off the top of my head. (Though it is me, I could be totally wrong here.) I don't think she is ban worthy either.

Hello, don't think I've ever posted in the Jin forums before. Two questions though. 1. I was thinking of maining Jin-no I am maining him, despite being with Nu since CT, because I realise I just play better with Jin. Maybe it's because of P4A's Liz, which I was quite good with? But I'm kind of struggling with Jin pressure, like what kind is it, if you get what I mean... like high/low game, or extended pressure or something like that. I went into training mode and made two forms on very long pressure, one in the corner, and one midscreen. But is that what I'm supposed to be doing? I know, or think, that Jin is a character good at hiding a grab, so I put that in there too. He doesn't really have much overheads, and he can't combo off 6A without counter or RC, (unless you play like me and go for a purple throw right after). I've watched so many videos and gosh I can't pick up on it. The videos I see involve Jin getting DP'd during pressure, or just being able to plain hit them as if the opponent stopped blocking... Any help? 2. Much shorter. My friends told me Jin is sort of a gimmicky character with a lot of resets and things like that, is that true? I've seen a lot of high level play with resets, so I assumed so. Which would make me want to play him even more knowing that Liz had some resets too. That's all. I think I can link some Jin and Liz stuff together, even if they might play differently, like hardly any overheads and etc. but not until I get to know Jin a bit. -
GG to -Seo or Seo-j.C I got bodied every game, couldn't win a match, only a round. But thanks to all that bodying and so many matches, I can watch how he used neutral with Kagura which can really help me improve

I haven't come across at least one Kokonoe online yet, and I've been playing for about 2 weeks now. So I can't say I hate Kokonoe if I've never fought her. GG to everybody I played yesterday. And I think they've learnt that they should stop pressing buttons in the middle of Jin pressure, they get blown up for it.

He's quite right now, even at my time zone nobody is online. The game is dead. If I stay up to play at quite later times then it'd be the same US players.

Pretty much everything. MaDyne's for everything like Liz, so for Zio, Garu, Bufu and Agi. Then he's got bullets. Mitsuru's Myriad Arrows. Mudoon, Hamaon. He stole all of Junpei's stuff. Mind Charge. Megidoloan. Wind Break, Fire Break, Ice Break, Elec Break. Alot more stuff, and that's only what I remember from fighting him. But the guy is huge! He'd be a nice boss! I'm glad PerShona is being used a lot, but I wanna see it. Teleports and everything, to me he looks OP but I'm not sure.

Nobody in London. Hell not even people on dustloop in London are at my level that I know of, they're all better. About two of my friends are into anime, but they've never heard of Blazblue. I'll try doing some more offline games, I also agree that I've been missing out on those and rushing into online which is probably where I went wrong. Hopefully this is good, I've pretty much avoided her for 3 days. I really hope this can save me because I'm having a hard time letting Nu go.

I'm experiencing hell online, can't get 236D > 22A > 5D corner to hit 75% of the time. I'm starting to grow out of Nu, as if she isn't my type. I can't even zone anymore, all my 5D's whiff, which is where my signature came from... the only thing I have going for me is that nobody on netplay blocks overheads.

But then she would have a chance of winning a match, and that's not right. As for this 'new' character that they cannot talk about, first I'm expecting to be a guy cause I don't remember any female characters from the Persona games except Marie. Minato: Is this gonna be realistic? Then again we are summoning demons by either crushing a tarot card and or shooting ourselves in the head. Ken: I don't remember many people wanting him, but I never know. He seems like a cool choice, especially if he keeps his huge spear, it'll have more range than Mitsuru's. Ryoji: No, I'm not going there. Dojima: There IS a possibility.

j.B But overall I think she either got worse or is pretty much still how she was in the last game in terms of balance. They buffed her j.B range and 5B range, gave her j.2B, gave her randomizer. All that is cool but losing her damage was critical, and she still has the lowest health (right?) in the game. Then if she loses her persona cards, she's worse than Arakune without curse. Don't forget she doesn't have a good r-action/dp. I really would have liked to see what a shadow version of her could have turned out as.

Thanks a lot, never could have guessed those are his anti-airs. I should go to his wiki. That's it, I'm maining this guy now. I've cleaned up in the basic places, inputting DP, blockstrings, etc. I hope I'm not bother you all, but in the end, my blockstrings still need a lot of work. I tried the 46A blockstring technique that Omni created, which is effective against some players. Some players respect my pressure, and don't constantly jump or mash out of everything I have. I can deal with the mashing, but the jumping is a killer. It happens at noticeable gaps, and that's where I'm failing. I'm not good with the hit confirms yet, even though I tried doing some drills in training mode, so online I'd do something like 5B > 5BB > 3C but they've already jumped away before 2DA or 2DB has come out. Even the many Taokakas that are around in my lobby now hold 3 to go under the orb when I'm using the 46A. I'm quite lucky that I'm using his command grab at the right moments though luckily. Do you or anyone else have any tips to beat jumping, or better blockstrings with less gaps. Once again sorry for the long post but it's like me to use a big explanation.

Now I've never posted in the Kagura section before, but I just got the game 2 days ago, unlocked him in 3 hours, already pwning online with him... against the other new players I though I had great combos, great Oki and all that until I saw combo videos... yeah. But anyway the real question is, I kind of know what to do when approaching the enemy if they are trying to get away, but the reason I always get blown up playing Kagura is because they come at ME. I have no idea what to press, I'd DP but I always forget since I'm used to using non-reversal characters like Nu. And I even think on wakeup sometimes I can't get the DP out properly because it's a charge command. If they are comming from the air, I have no idea what anti-air to press, cause I think Kagura has 2. So while I'm thinking of which to press, they're already in. If they are coming from the ground, I can't orb because it's a charge command and they'd get in first, so I've tried things like 2C and 6DC which worked for a little. Even though I've mained Nu since CT, I might main Kagura. I don't have a problem with Nu's changes but Kagura is so much fun to play with.

Okay, my copy of CP unexpectedly arrived today! Yay! Nu-13's execution seems a little hard for me if it involves 22A. It's not inputting 22A, it's what I do after it. Like 3C > 22A > 5A. Or 236D > 22A > 5DD. I'll have to get used to that. Other than that I'm liking her a lot, she's fun to play, unless it's just the game. I think I'll main her and sub Izayoi! I've also managed to keep track of what mode I'm in when I'm doing certain things, and I've already done a lot of her practical high damage combos. QUESTION:I don't want to list the inputs yet, but I will after the question. You know Nu's new special that can only be done in Dia, the one with the uppercut command, I think it's called Supra Rage and it has FC. Yeah in the corner I've done this: (Luna) 236C > 22A > 5C > 2C > 623C. In videos I've seen that move cause knockdown, but whenever I use it my opponent goes flying high into the air and tech. The whole combo is like this. (Dia) 5C > 236D > 22A > 5DD > 2DD > 6C > 236D > 236C > 22A > 5C > 2C > 623C (Luna) 5DD > 236B > 22A > 236D > 2AA> 5DD > 2DD > 6C > 236D > 236C > 22A > 5C > 2C > 236C Help! 2DD > 214D > 22A > 6C input in Luna mode is soo fun

The universe doesn't want me to have this game. Play-Asia changed my order status from 'Hold' to 'Preparing Order'. They said the estimated shipping date is the 27th. Man, I was supposed to have the game yesterday. This means no 22A mind killers for me... I really wanted to experience the same pain as you guys.

Brkrdave is my husbando. While he's the best of them all, I still need some Elizabeth in my life. Please don't bring Brkrdave up again, the only thing I would end up talking about is him:lol:, and that's off topic. I mean seriously I want to write a whole paragraph about brkrdave right now. He's so sexyI really have to stay on topic, sorry. Liz is nothing to him. To make this post stay on topic, j.B all day, not neutral? Have I been living a lie? I do know, thanks to having 5AA and 5BB, I can have a little more time to think about what I'm gonna do to hit the opponent. (Seriously this girl needs another overhead.)

I chose Liz because of Maragidyne. I'll never drop her, my waifu. I don't care if I'm playing the worst character in the game, she is mine. I will admit that I really only got huge damage because people mashed buttons and fell prey to 5C. Now she might not be able to do that... and these combos so far do look even harder than before. Then again I'll never know. I just HAVE to say though, some of her sprite animations and same for Thanatos, kinda looks... eh. Kind of weird, unusual or incomplete, unless it's just the combo. For example, 5C > 214AB just looks... oh.

Weeee!!! My copy of BBCP should be here on Saturday and I can play my main, Nu again! So happy to be re-united... I havn't posted anything on the V-13 forums for months. I bet nobody even remembers me Lalala anyway, can somebody tell me why Gravity oki (Dia) in the corner is so good? Does it give you time to space yourself out, making you safe from a DP while they can't escape because of gravity? Cause I still feel like spamming Sickle Oki.

I'm starting to get a little worried now. I imported BBCP from Play-Asia using Economy Air Bubble shipping. The free one Because I'm so dumb, I started doing some research AFTER they had already shipped it, and I saw many things about their game coming a month later after using the free shipping around christmas time. I don't want to wait a whole month for BBCP! Wish I used FedEx... Anybody else imported from Play-Asia using the free shipping?

Lol, Kagura having reversals isn't that much of a problem.... I think that sentence came out wrong? I hate charge characters, which is why I quit Mitsuru, so we'll have to see about Kagura. Totally forgot about him. Thanks guys, I'm either going to main or sub Nu, so Terumi is probably gonna be my character. Thanks for exposing Izayoi though, I thought those anti-airs were 'effective' because of it's range until you told me really all about how bad they are.

(Story Of My Life Mode, Activate) Gaaaahhh! This is killing me! For days and days and days I have tortured myself trying to find a main in BBCP! I don't even HAVE it yet! Play-asia has shipped it and that's all. But I wanna know how I should probably start with. Through my history of Blazblue games, I've played Nu and Lambda. I was thinking of doing the same in BBCP, but Nu seems to have a difficult learning curve so I was wondering if anyone else might suit me. In P4A, I man Liz. Only chose her at the start cause she looked cool, same goes for Akihiko (my sub). Then I stuck with Liz because I like noticed I like characters without good reversals (Liz/Nu). So I was thinking, how about a character with no good reversals but something else really good in exchange for that? So I was like... IZAYOIII! She has no good reversals except from Super and Overdrive, but in reward she has good mixup(in Gain Art at least). And she also has good neutral game with that projectile. Dont forget she does have Oki in some situations. But then meter is something I also like, and Liz gained meter really easily in P4A. So I was thinking Terumiiiii!!! Then I still want to play Nu-13!!!!!!! Then I'm also obsessed with Oki so... here it goes. So what I like: A character with Oki, or someone with good wakeup game. I think it's called wakeup game, basically being able to still pressure your opponent as soon as they wakeup. I also have this pact where I use characters with no reversals, so that can be taken into account. Then maybe... just maybe I like a character that gains a lot of meter. Also maybe a character that does some big damage, but it's not that important. What do you guys think?
