Although visually you'd think sasuke = psylocke and sakura = commando, sasuke assist is ridiculously good for everything except comboing, just like commando ... you can zone with it, counter call, spam it at semi-random to force a way in / out. Whereas Sakura leads to more comboability for like, everyone. and Itachi is just sentinel because he turns into an awesome motherfucker of a giant and does everything he should not be allowed to do. He might not be the best but I really don't think it's worth the effort to figure out what's better than stomping the shit out of people at 40% health.
