Or perhaps they got tired of being able to hear, "Mind if I CUT IN?!"

EX Sol's 236D was changed to a FB in AC+, so no more of those shenanigans if you're playing that version.

[Accent Core] Sol Badguy General Discussion
Abominable K replied to Hatred Edge's topic in Sol Badguy
I need to step up my offense, and find more ways to setup combos. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find much information on the subject. Anyone have any good setups? -
What are you talking about? Diatonic has nothing to do with the number of notes in a piece, it means that the notes in the song are only the tones found within it's key (no accidentals).
-
I already got my costume. Just put in the code at the Redeem Points thing in the Dashboard.

Nope

Uh, so why did Aksys bother dubbing the announcer?

Select also works for color switching. Useful if you delete the Respect button. -
My setups include: 1) WT (EVERY Sol needs this), j.S (or whatever depending on weight) CLSW 2) 2D > BR [RC] > CLSW 3) 2D [CH] > GF [FRC], j.s CLSW 4) VV [RC] > 2H > j.S CLSW

LMAO the narrator guy at the end sounds like some shit from SotN... He has to be heard to be believed. Don LaFontaine he is not.

GG2 content was just released on the U.S. Marketplace. Themes, Icons, Gamerpics etc. are available. Also, this month's EGM has a review of the game: it received a C-. Considering that there's reviews for the game out, perhaps the game will be released soon?

Sol's Oki consists of FRC'd Gunflame, and then either rush-in to continue pressure or mix-up. -
LOL, you probably didn't even need to look at the vids. As far as pressure, I'm beginning to understand more about applying it, but I'm at a loss on what to do without meter.

Needs moar Badgay. -
I was joking. But to actually be a bit of help, I'll give the only thing I know about #Reload Sol: a Dustloop setup. 1) 236K (RC) -> j.S. -> j.D land, loop (See banner at the top of the site for the rest).
-
What be this "Reload" thou speaketh of?
-
On a gameplay related note, does anyone know how to issue commands to your troops? I've been trying to get them to attack other bases in the demo, but they just kind of seem to keep chilling at the first location.
-
LOL no. CPU can't copy the kind of mindgames a good human Slayer can set up. The closest you'll get to properly played is Maniac Potemkin, and even that's probably a stretch (the CPU reacts as opposed to actually thinking).

There's no way he isn't sarcastic.

My EX combos, that Kotoba video that made me feel better whenever I was upset about repeatedly dropping combos... I'm gonna go cry in a corner now.

I'm pretty sure he was kidding, as this: isn't exactly the ribbon type.

Guilty Gear: Judgment's plot is as follows: The villagers of the island of Isene have all disappeared. The player charcter arrives at Isene (circumstances for visiting vary depending on who you're playing as), and discovers that the island is infested with mutated villagers. Beatdowns ensue. Eventually, the player meets the first boss, who they identify as a fusion of three demons from the Underworld. Three stages of ass-beatings later, the player character meets Boss #2, some girl who was fused with a plant demon. After commenting on how horrible a thing this plant-girl is, player character of course beats the crap out of her. Plant-lady was guarding a cave, which has a lab hidden in it. After beating up a fire-wolf thing, the player comes across the experiment notes of some dude named Raymond. It reads as follows: The cave then asplodes, with the player character escaping. They then head for the Wind Tower. At the top, the player meets Raymond, just in time to see him open the gate to the other world. He then sends a couple of demon bosses to stop the player. The player follows Raymond into the other world. The player fights through the Underworld, and catches up to Raymond. He introduces you to "Inus", the king of the other world. Inus then eats Raymond, and attacks the player for waking him up. After killing him, Raymond emerges, transformed. He gloats about having tricked the player into doing his bidding. Looking for powers that exceed those of Gears, he came up with the idea of fusing humans to monsters. He needed Inus dead to absorb his powers (which are supposed to exceed those of Gears, apparently), otherwise the fusion would have resulted in Raymond losing his will. He then teleports to a fancy ass castle. At the top of the castle, Raymond waits. He goes on a maniacal rant about how the Holy War is still going on behind the scenes, and that by becoming the new God, he will end it. He then talks about how Justice sucked, because the one suited to rule the world is not Justice, but the Judge. And then he claims that his new name is Judgment, and that he shall bring all sinners to justice. Of course, this fails because Inus reawakens inside of him, causing him to lose his free will just like he was trying to avoid in the first place. His castle then blows up, and the character's ending plays (each ending is shared by two characters, btw, and don't add anything interesting to them). All in all, I seriously doubt Judgment is even canon. If the X series isn't, then Judgment is even less likely to be so.
-
Judgment is not a Gear. He was not genetically modified, nor were the Isene residents. Raymond became Judgment by having [insert player character] kill the king of the Underworld, then absorbing his power, thus gaining the king's powers with sentience.
