To me, if any character in any fighting game had a practical full meter combo, it's this one (outside of Alpha 3 where you start with full meter :P)

I think ya'll need to be patient and get your hands on the game as well as see way more quality videos (given how limited the usage for this character is, let alone good players) before crying about what she needs. If it works like EXVS...on Psycho Frame: Funnels fire twice. Attacking (Hitting?) Hi-Nu will cause a funnel to fire automatically. After Psycho Frame ends, Fin Funnel ammo drops to 0.

To me, Virtual On is ST while this closer to GG/ASW game of the genre. Give it a shot Vulcan!
