I usually do it after 2D in block strings. Something like 5S > 5H > 2D > Tandem top frc. I only started using it today and the frame advantage you get from it during rush downs help a lot. I just immediately do the input for the Tandem top after the 2D and then immediately do the three buttons for the frc.
