Then it might be the people you're playing. I live in California so there is a pretty high concentration of GG players around me.

Yes the netcode could use some work, but I mean if you and the person you're playing are at least some what near each other, than it should be very well playable. If you're lagging while playing your neighbors, either you or someone in your house is browsing, dling, uploading, youtubing, or the person you're playing is doing that same. Also don't play on wireless. Oh and if you're playing at a dorm, don't expect stable connections.

lol it's fine. I used to IK taunt all the time in the arcades. Just don't take online too seriously cause the lag...

I still say Justice gameplay design is one of the dumbest ones in GG next to Kliff.

Why not pick no filters and choose the room with good bars?

I think he's more concerned about not being able to join games from custom searches and having to rely on quick search. Once the psn gets GG in other regions, he'll run into more people outside of Japan causing unplayable games. I'm not familiar with the psn since I sold mine many years ago, but do they show profiles of said player on what region they're from? That way you can at least take a quick looking if they're in Japan or not before firing up the match.

To be honest I've only had a couple matches with Japanese players that were playable, but most of the time there is a half a second delay. I tend to avoid them by checking profile location before fighting when I set up a room. Really wish arc would let us see the ping before starting a match rather than just custom search. Custom search I have no problem with that. Get a list and choose a game with decent bars and fight. I never heard of anyone who had a problem with the custom match function. Now throwing down all the money before knowing whether arc will patch your problem is up to you. Maybe it's just you with some network problem and playing on the xbox would cause the same issue. But so far I'm pleased with the performance of GG, so long as the person I'm playing isn't more than 1 state away and not dling stuff lol.

Oh shit didn't realize the nerf was that hard. Now I clearly see why. He did need to be toned down, but that is a bit excessive.

This is just a random question, but why did eddie drop to mid tier? I understand why testament went down, but Eddie not so much. It's really hard to imagine someone who can put you in 4 mixups and unblockable setups to go down so much.

Yeah I always though Testament Oki was stronger than Venom. Web into low high, or high, cross up trees, cross up grave digger stuff. For sure testament has better options in any given time than Venom. Well I never messed with venom much so I'm no expert.

Whenever I vs a Slayer player they always drop their combos, especially the 2HS after 2K. Maybe they're not that good though. I'm still thinking +R will be the patch to update a lot of online stuff.

Meh it doesn't seem like that many pro players are playing online anyway(netcode probably). If my win rate is 80% mainly playing Bridget like reload version, then wtf. I mean my skill level is just a little above average(can't block for shit). Hurry up you guys, friend list me and kick my ass. I feel bad for Slayer players though. Is there some trick in landing IAD p after landing S HS with Chipp or OS? I see japanese players after landing S HS on an aerial opponent IAD into P D alpha blade with chipp or IAD P HS to Viper with OS. When I try this in training mode I rarely land this without turning the beat black. Is the window really tight or am I missing some sort of trick in the IAD motion.

I really like the ranking of the tier list in +R. So glad Eddie and Testament got hit with the nerf bat. They are pretty retarded in AC. Especially testament's beast attacks. One of the most ridiculous moves I've seen in a fighting game.

I've had the most rage quits when using Bridget. What has the world come to when one of the worst chars in the game causes people to rage quit. ;/ Anyways GG's to whoever vs me, like Storm Ctrl DQRS Skeleton and others can't remember.

Well it's true and there is no reason to hate them for it. If I were in their shoes I'd do it also. Plus it's a nice way for fans to support them anyway. I swear I went to options in hopes to change the volume and didn't see it. Maybe I was blind since I was more eager to just go online right away. All I saw were to change Sol / O.Sol voice and fade or mute music on victory.

Oh don't get me wrong. I would pay 100 dollars for this xbox psn version as is right now. Favorite fighter by far, but that doesn't mean I can't see this was a lazy job on purpose. To me it seems like they put little effort(no adjusting bgm volume really?) or left out typical functions, but will put them in for +R patch. Just a business practice to show that dling +R is not just balance tweaks, but new online functions will be added. Similar to SF4 and SSF4 and SSF4AE etc. Every version expanded online. Well I could be wrong and +R doesn't do a damn thing except add the tweaks lol.

I wouldn't doubt Arc to milk their fan's. +R won't be free, so it'll probably have a trailer of added online stuff to help sell it.

Eddie Testament Sol Potemkin and Jam are the most used in Cali online. I haven't ran into Axl or Baiken yet. Every other char I've seen used though.

This is the only fighter where I get an adrenaline rush when playing. I get really into and my hands start moving crazy fast on the stick and I feel like my reaction time increases more so then other games. Win or lose I love playing GG.
