  1. So like... I want to buy this game, but not sure if Play-asia accepts prepaid visa cards.I don't have access to a bank account right now, so yeah, don't ask. Can someone who has used a prepaid card before confirmed if they work or not? If you guys do not have an answer can you point me in the right direction? Dustloop members make a lot of purchases on Play-asia and many other sites. Where (on the website) would be the right place to ask my question?
  2. So I have not followed this game in probably over a year now and decided today it was time to catch up. I'm a bit confused by the fact that there still is no console port for this game. It's been 4 years since I first heard about UNiB. I thought this was one of the big fighting games in Japan. I mean the reactions it got from the Jp FGC and everyone else seem to favor it was going to be pretty popular. So.. how does a game like UNiB with so much potential end up rotting away (I could use a different word here but I'mma go with that anyway) in the arcades for so long? What is the current state of UNiB's community and is it possible for UNiB to get the same treatment as Arcana Heart and Aquapazza? Would the dev team be open to another company like Sega or Arc publishing their game? And finally, is there anything I can do to help move the game closer to a home console port? Oh and.. what's up with the Skullgirl characters? Was that only to celebrate the PC release of SG or is Filia a real UNiB character? I tried to Google/Youtube it but couldn't find any footage on her. I guess that just means she's not out yet
  3. ^ haha Normally I know when they're going to use the move and get an easy J.C > 5C hit confirm, never thought of doing fullscreen Yukikaze
  4. Simple 6B corner meterless ambiguous setup I made 6B > 22A > 2C > 6C > j.D > j.B > 5C > 6B > 22A > j.C > j.2C > 236D > 6B > 22A > 5C > 236B (3.5k 25 heat) 6B > 22A > 5C > 2C > 6C > j.D > j.B > 5C > j.B > j.C > j.2C[w] > 5C > j.C > j.2C > 236D > 6B > 22A > 5C > 236B (3.8K) Combo is over. now from here... 22B > opponent recovers > 2/5A > 3D > trap activates > cross up/fake cross up 236D > hit confirm into stuff
  5. When do you guys play? I've had CP since day 1 and never run into any Haku players online. I wanna steal some tech dammit. But it's very effective. Corner Yukikaze leads to some nice OD stuff ftw.
  6. The only thing you have to worry about when doing the loop is the height of your opponent and delaying j.2C as much as possible. hit j.2C too high or too early = drop opponent too low = pick them back up with 5A > 5B that's it. I hit the loop consistent on all characters. I know for a fact that the timing is the same because I haven't even practice the loop on all character and yet I hit it in matches without any problems.
  7. May I have the data for Kishuu? I don't have any info on the Extend version. ^^;
  8. loving the step Hotaru throw combo much more than the CT throw bnb putting Nu in the bottom corner feels good ^^
  9. Would any of the vet Haku players like to have some matches? I'm east coast btw
  10. 5D > Enma Fatal her full range 5B poke. From full range with (1) instead of JCing from Enma I was doing 5D > Enma > Kishuu > 2C > loops her 5A/DPs can punish S.Agito before hit and 5A can punish S.Agito after, but you can still cancel into Hotaru for CH Her teleports (all of them in normal mode) are hella unsafe Her S.Saber(fireball) can't teleport cancel in normal mode so you don't need to worry about that, but hitting them with your sword when she is zoning will give her stocks, so I think it'll be better to jump over them from far away.
  11. Am I the only one having a hard time getting 6B > RC > air dash to continue my pressure... consistently? just need to practice more. 6B has nice range and gets dirty once you mix it in with your feint strings. Atm people aren't afraid of her normal mode and seem to be worried about their feet (CH 236) more than anything. I love the sick GA combos, but I've been using most of my meter for RCs or reversal atm. OD at the start of the round seems like the thing to do vs a lot of the cast, as she can do a lot with 4 stocks vs trying to gain 4. And thanks for those 8 stock combos ^^
  12. I've been using 6A near the corner for the 5/2C > go ham and 6A > Enma > loop for mid screen. Haku's back dash is so fast I don't even use Hotaru mid screen for grabs anymore. I just condition my opponent to tech grabs then back dash 3C CH for easy 6k damage. Still good if they press buttons, though. Atm no one is standing up against TK Agito right now, so I get easy j.B confirms or use j.A to keep my pressure going. it can even be combo'd on CH which I like a lot ^^ Also, Haku vs Kagura is kinda tough. Edit; what are you guy using for corner grabs? I've been doing Hotaru > j.C > 5C > 2C > j.B > j.2A > Dj.2C > Agito. anything better than that?
  13. man, tk(not a real tk) agito is sexy

  15. Anyone find ways to build 8 stocks? All I found was able to find is CH 623C~214B > 236B~214B > 2B > 623B~214B > 623B
  16. can we even complete a REAL combo from 2A?
  17. We have to use 6C on characters for 2B > 5C after 236B to actually work on crouching opponents 5B > 2C > 5C > 6C > 236B ~ 214A > 2B > 5C > After that I've been doing.. Loop > 5A > 5C > DP > sj.B > j.C > 236C 3941k or Loop > 5A > 5C > j.B > j.C 3814k the second one lets you recovery in the air for a mix up
  18. I meant to say mid screen Fatal TK Hotaru, land, IAD, J.2C, land, 5C I can't get the 5C to hit, but I can always land 5B. is there some trick to this? also, I'm waiting for them to be as close to the floor as possible
  19. I know you guys already know this but... HOTARU IS FAWKING AMAZING!!!! I mean, I never knew had this power, it's incredible! no more anti airs when I dash in, no more tech grab from opponents (during strings/dash up, options) because they're afraid I might TK Hotaru, no more buttons after corner J.C (air recovery) cause I can anti air them with Hotaru, no more DPS... just no more. my win rate has increase by 60% just from adding this move to my arsenal. now, how do I land TK Fatal, dash J.C, 5C? I can land 5B all the time, but 5C just doesn't want to hit.
  20. What should I be doing vs Arakune? Like, what are my options at match start other than sitting still and letting him start curse pressure, attempt rushdown and getting fatal, or going for J.C and what should I be doing to scare the Arakune player? Not using any info (lack of experience) before fighting him, on the fly, I learnt some of the stuff I can cut and of course the stuff I can't cut (the cloud T_T). When cloud is over my head I fell like I can't do anything beside go rush him which results in fatals, blocking or Arakune going for a mix up before I make a move. I tried watching Arakune vids but the way those players play are much different than my experience vs Arakune. Those Arakune players don't go ham like netplay Arakune. I'm not saying the netplay player is bad at all, just that he wasn't afraid of anything I threw at him. What is it that the Pro Haku player know that make Arakune stop and think before throwing something out? To be honest, I'm doing too much blocking and not enough attacking, which of course is bad in fighting games. how things normally go vs Arakune. Also I'm still a new Haku ^^; Match Start - I choose to rush or sit for meter Rush = beware of the fatal counter when air dashing > using my 1 Orb to get in and go for 2A 5B/2B 6A pressure hoping that he press a button. even if I get the hit I have no Orbs to do any good damage. Sit = he starts the curse pressure > focus on cutting stuff > try not to sit for too long > seems like I'm giving Arakune everything he needs to get a hit. > watch out for the underground move > watch out the thingy that pops outta the ground near my feet > watch out the cloud! > watch out for the easy to see overhead( I finally stop getting hit by it) > tech the grab! > and don't forget the air attack that I'm not even sure is a cross up. no matter which option I choose I feel like I'm on defense 24/7. I don't feel like I can stay on offense at all. Getting a lucky D counter or a high damage starter, I do finish my combos only to get hit by wake up super T_T or resetting back to neutral. I have learned to bait that kind of stuff, though >_> judging from my experience, am I headed in the right direction? is this how everyone felt when they first started?
  21. Due to me not having access to a computer, I didn't find out about Blazblue Calamity Trigger until it was two months before console release - A friend said he couldn't wait for "Blazblue" and I had no idea what he was talking about, so when I got to a computer it was first thing I search for. There was a video of Haku(black) vs Litchi(purple), instant orgasm! I knew right there that I would become a follower so I did more research on the game. My first pick was Litchi. I mean, I couldn't resist a sexy female with a fighting style that has never been in any fighting game (at least the ones I've played), but at the time I was lacking enough skills to pull off her combos consistent. My next options were Noel, Bang, and Haku. Haku's character design was so cool, but his fighting style wasn't something I was in to - at the time he was too slow and I liked speedy/flashy character, so I decided to go with Noel. Noel was my BB waifu for the entire duration of CT and boy were they're a lot of us in the beginning. Then.. I found out CS arcade version was announce, adding new characters and a few changes to the game mechanics. Saw some Hazama footage and man he had so much swagger, I had to try him once the CS console version release, and Mu's ass :O. So yeah, I spam them day 1 Drive into mashing J.C that pissed everyone off in CS, lol. I like Hazama, he was so much fun to play, but he never made me feel complete. My skills had improved and I still wanted to play Litchi. CS2 got announce, my execution was ready, my body was ready. It was time to learn the boobie lady! My Xbox doesn't approve, I got the RRoD and missed out on most of CS2. Around the time I switch to PS3, MvC3 was coming out in full force, no one could ignore the hype. BB fell off my radar for awhile. When I came back I didn't have the will to learn Litchi anymore and got over her. It really sucks that I gave up on her, as she will always be the character I wanted to play in BB the most. I finally decided to learn Haku - his fighting style had change so much with each new version of BB that the more I saw him fight the more I started to like his style. I'm learning things with him atm, but I can say that i feel complete with him as my main, and CP Haku looks insanely fun with all the new tools and sick options. I can't wait to play him in CP and I'll also be playing Izayoi as my secondary character. Hell, If I like her enough she might even be able to switch places with Haku, lol. TLDR: CT - Noel CS - Hazama CS2 - Litchi CSEX - Haku CP - Haku & Izayoi
  22. That was the first place I took a look and was happy I'm not the only one who feels the way I do towards the matchup. That thread is kinda outdated(last post date) too, I was wondering if there is any secret tao tech floating around or the basic punishers would be nice. I know you guys have it sealed away, just let me take a quick look ^^ I guess I should wait for full power CP Haku. I watched a recent CP Pro Haku vs Pro Tao set on youtube and those guys make it look so simple. Tao destroys my brain mid match with her speed and netplay makes it unstoppable.
  23. How in the hell do I fight Tao? that character is insane @_@ All I know is 5A beats her air dash special moves. I do get the j.C counter hits against her a lot too. but, this character is so actively random that I can't read when grabs, cross up or when anything is coming. holyshit those mix ups kill me ;u
  24. I hate when really good players (even some pros) kick me out the room or leave my lobby when they kick my ass. Like, I've been playing BBCSEX onlinee for about 8 months now and I go months without fighting certain characters. Liquid man(I'm calling him that) is my most feared opponent. I know I lack experience and I'm about to get my ass kicked. My buddy who knows the match ups is normally in the room with me so he tells me how to punish whatever moves the player is abusing. I take my lost and prepare for the next battle, now I have some of your moves down, now I can fight! But, sadly.. I'm not a worthy enough opponent. I get kicked and it's back to fighting people lower than me. >_> getting good in BB is so hard. I don't want to be average forever!! >_<
  25. Ah, Thanks guys. Now the waiting begins >_<
