  1. Again, only for battle voices. Lot of people seem to be misinterpreting that to reference story mode as well, which is not the case.
  2. Updates appear to be happening right now -- Just saw "真・三國無双5 Empires PlayStation®3 the Best" get posted (10/24 release date). Won't be long now. More stuff is showing up but it's slow and no Blazblue yet. Probably saving it for last to keep the servers from getting smashed.
  3. Found a guy streaming the VA secret messages from the sounds menu. http://live.nicovideo.jp/watch/lv156990022
  4. Nico streaming software has an option to do text-to-speech for comments so you don't have to look at the screen to listen to and respond to comments. You're hearing the comments read a loud basically.
  5. Like practically all of them. I'm on the hook specifically for Mikado and Celica voicepacks. "Hakumen-san". The initial voice they were using was Ueda Kana/Rachael. When Mori started his whole "Who's system voice do you want to hear?" .... "besides Azuyan", that was Yukana/Mikado(imperator). 3rd was Celica. Iori Nomizu definitely has a cute factor going for her. I gave up caring about how much I was going to get robbed for when I caved and reserved one of the anniversary sticks.
  6. The live stream people were saying 5000. There's a lot of voice packs it sounds like.
  7. GG Xrd loktest 11/2 ~ 4 in Akiba. I-No and Axle will be playable. As well as a mystery 3rd additional character.
  8. Hmmm. Mikado system voice. I can't wait to listen to Yukana call out all the times I get counter-hit.
  9. I'm just making sure it's working. I'm having problems with my HDMI capture and an audio delay. I'll be putting some Blue Radio up until the doors open for the stream.
------------------- ARC System Works Last Minute Live Broadcast "ARC RAW" 10/24 (Thur), it's finally become the release date for "Blazeblue Chronophantasma"! We're having an in-house tournament party on the eve of the release! The winner of the tournament will get a meal ticket from Mori-P, Toshimichi Mori!? Of course, there will be entries from the home-release version's new characters "Mitsuki Kagura", "Terumi Yuuki", and "Kokonoe"! Don't miss this chance to see the new characters! Additionally, during the second half of the program... An important announcement regarding "that" title?! http://live.nicovideo.jp/gate/lv156757404 Restreaming this at http://www.twitch.tv/blackraen for the NicoNico impaired. Stream starts in 45 minutes.
  11. アークシステムワークス緊急生放送 『あーくなま』! (番組ID:lv156757404) あーくなま = Arc Live, it's as good a title as anything. I don't like 'emergency' here though I'm still translating as "Last Minute Live Broadcast".
  12. I'll do a restream on twitch at: http://www.twitch.tv/blackraen I'm a premium so I won't get kicked and have decent video quality.
  13. ARC uses Takedown against Video. It's super effective.
  14. "Preparing Order" == All Good, Expect Shipment in +20 - 28 hours from now. They don't charge until they ship, and they most likely won't be shipping until 10/24 HK time. Anyone who says their card's been charge is just noticing the pre-auth. For pre-orders they submit a pre-auth to the CC gateway to make sure the card it still good. They also wait to charge until actual shipment time because if you cancel your order between the Monday of release and actual shipping time, then they have to refund, which costs money in transaction fees. Thus, pre-auth is submitted Monday to verify the order is still good and to soft-reserve the funds at your CC gateway, then the order is submitted at ship. Doesn't cost anything to cancel a pre-auth. Preparing Order means everything is good. On the subtitles side, I can see a quick low-quality English sub getting put in. There's been a few games I've grabbed from Asia region that come like that. The translations are usually not very good, typically rush jobs, and it's usually done for the really big games that are likely to have a wide audience. Demon Souls is the one I remember the most. The English/NA release will be behind as the translation will be higher quality (thus take time), and they are going to run into technical problems implementing the translation due to character limits/space issues (in Japanese you can write many words using two characters. For instance 解説 (2) Explanation (10) -- now fill out a text window...). There's also different QA requirements, publishing contracts, etc. So yeah it's possible that's subs in the Asia (and Jpn) release. "Possible."
  15. Kind of up in the air. I was doubtful but it's spread everywhere. The thing that I AM confident about though is that if the Asia region version includes English text options, then the Japanese version will as well. Might have to eat my words on that but I'm standing behind "All in or all out" on that one.
  16. You're all good then. Play-Asia doesn't always ship the day before release. Over my two years ordering from them it's probably been about 60% ship-day-before-release, 40% ship-day-of-release. Officially they state that they ship ON release day. As a result, Play-Asiaでordered people should expect shipment tomorrow, 10/24 Hong Kong time. And be excited if you get shipment today. It is still only 12:00pm over there right now so there's still a chance for shipment today. Long story short: "Processing Order" == All Good, Expect Shipment in +20 - 28 hours from now.
  17. They are definitely a little inconsistent (I think they're really a smaller shop than they seem, just a few people and a lot of things are done manually) so if you're sure you haven't gotten a declined card notification email from them you should be fine. Declined card or no valid payment will result in a "Waiting for Payment" status so I'm still pretty confident that you're fine. If your still uncertain, log into your account on PA and look at the upper right for the "You've got mail" icon (or go to https://www.play-asia.com/paOScore/06.html ). They save all the mail they've sent you on the site so you can double check correspondence. I'm actually a little miffed cause their system is showing the Famitsu DX pack with a 25th release date. Suspect I'm not getting my box until Friday.
  18. When did you put in your order?
  19. Yeah you're overthinking. They do a pre-authorization on the card a few days before shipment for pre-orders but they don't actually submit the charges until they ship. You're all good. Basically "Preparing Order" means you're in the hopper to have you stuff packaged and shipped so it's all moving ahead.
  20. 緊急 doesn't necessarily mean something negative. It's heavier on the meaning of urgent, pressing (ie, extremely last minute stuff). Nothing to worry about. It's a hype-machine title. 緊急生放送 would be best translated "Last Minute Live Broadcast". You should be at "Preparing Order" right now. What payment method did you select?
  21. Absolutely. Content downloaded from one account to a PS3 is playable by all accounts on that system. DLC is also shared. So you can (and SHOULD) buy and download the game on your JPN (please don't use JAP) account, and then switch back to your regular account to play.
  22. They haven't said anything about CP on Vita but its an inevitable release. I'm not sure why everyone is all fired up like it's never coming to Vita just because it's not out same-day as console. There was lag for the previous titles on portables too so just be patient for mobile release. But yeah there's little reason to expect a 360 version. At least not for the JPN market.
  23. Lol at Take-Mikazuchi. I wonder if they already had that in the works during Bluefes'12 or if Sugita's "MvC Saya" joke gave them inspiration for it. EACH?! God. I would have been okay with a PACK for 500 but 100円 each? Bastards. I'll have to get my Es lobby character at least but that'll probably be it. I dunno. I kind of doubt she's on disc if they're waiting 2 weeks. That sounds to me like her stuff wasn't finished when they had to gold the data for disk so they went for the patch route. I think that we'll be seeing a patch that week that'll push her data instead.
  24. Lol. Um, I don't have a Nesica card so I haven't registered but basically you need to make sure you've registered your account and card on http://nexus.nesica.net/ first, which not having a card or access to a machine with a reader, I can't help there. But basically once you've registered your nesica account, you would use the http://sp.bbcp.ac/register.php register page on the bbcp arcade site to create your player's guild account, and then from there... magic. But BB PLAYER is a pretty classy name so it should be fine until thursday, right?
  25. You have to keep in mind that BB games have always ship with English voice files for matchmaking purposes, and the same has been confirmed for BBCP. English subtitles have NOT been confirmed for BBCP though. Asian region games sometimes release with English subtitles, sometimes Chinese. In the case of BBCP, it would be VERY unlikely that subtitling would be present in the Asia release that were not in the Japanese release due to the timing of the release dates (same day). If it's in the Asia region release, it will most likely be in the Japanese release too. This isn't to say there isn't a chance that English subtitles will be there. They might be. But the probably is extremely low and suggesting that someone import BBCP's Asia region release on the assumption that English subtitles are present is kind of irresponsible. It's not confirmed, but we'll be able to comment more after Thursday.
