Step 1: Do the tutorial. Seriously, it's incredibly complete and teaches you all the basics. Step 2: Do missions. This will teach you the more varied FGC mechanics such as punishing, spacing, reversals, ETC. Not just GG fundamentals, but FG fundamentals overall. Step 3: Do challenges. If you haven't found a main you like yet, go through all the characters to about mission 15-20 or so. This will let you go through all their specials and some very basic combos. It'll help you get a feel for the characters so you can decide if you like their playstyle or not. Step 4: Just play the game. You'll lose. It's okay. By losing you can pinpoint what you need to improve on. Is it execution? Is it your footsies? Whatever. Step 5: Dustloop Resources. There's a wiki with information that covers almost everything. You can ask people about combos, or to critique your gameplay. Step 6: Repeat Step 4 and 5 until you receive a banana sticker. Then keep repeating Step 4 and 5.

When are you going to fill the Glam Rock GG archetype? D: Also I feel like the RC system is what makes GG: you just get a level of freedom with combos and movement you don't get in other games. BB and P4U, as fun as they are, are pretty flow chart-y. Even with a character like Sol, I've seen players come up with their own style of play. In fact, browsing through this forum just proves one point: ALL the characters represent GG so well. They are so varied and fun and interesting, there's something for everyone.

Don't let her get HS sword out as that's what will really mess with you. jS/HS pressure can give her a hard time as well. Score a knockdown to win, especially if she has no meter so she can't dead angle out. Try and bait out the burst if she still has it up. DO NOT LET HER GET HS SWORD OUT.

I know this isn't really strictly an I-No only question buuuuuutttt...I was reading the new article on throws. Can someone explain to me the throw option select? Also someone else was talking about HOS. What's HOS?

For people who don't have a device to use this on: You can run it on bluestacks and emulate it on your PC. This way you can have on the fly access if you have your laptop or tablet notebook up and running, and usually faster than your phone. I could see this being useful for commentators.

Yeah I wasn't sure. I just edited and cleaned up whatever source image I can get because I noticed some wiki pages were either missing them or just copying from the 4gamer. Take a look at the I-No page; if you like it, I can clean it up just the same. Sol is bad-ass enough that he deserves a good wiki page :B
