  7. Sol is VERY strong, definitely. but machaboo knew that matchup so well. i would say it wouldnt have been so... not close if machaboo was still playing Ky. i definitely think Sol in this version is a beautiful synergy with machaboo, it perfectly complimented his style.

  9. why RC when you can zantetsu? most of our moves cancel together pretty well anyway. ive only ever RC'd when im mad someone is blocking, lol. i.e 2A 2B 214A RC 6B lol
  10. worst part is...the fog has a hurtbox too, lol. so it gets blown up pretty quick. i havent seen any reliable setups, other than relying on 236K to teleport you in, and thats a HUGE risk for 50 meter. better to keep it for our reversal which doesnt work well in the matchups its needed in.

  12. Koichi now does real setups unlike with his bedman ;w; i guess he wasnt destined for bedman greatness. Samitto is really good at using blitz shield defensively, i feel. and yeah the new re-stand stuff really does wonders for Zato so far, no one else really has good tech off it yet that really wows. but yeah #R was a building block for characters, but this version is definitely more of its own unique feel with YRC giving so much more freedom, guts getting buffed pretty much and other things. i feel like while some saw it as "#R with pretty graphics' its blossomed, and is still blossoming more and more as a deep and unique version itself.
  13. the whole YRC thing is all subject to someones own opinion. personally, i think its a good mechanic. but obviously some see it as not. what do you mean by sum up, though? it's a little vague to answer atm. all i'll say is its developed pretty well, not just living through #R style but going the way of its own. its always evolving atm,though.
  14. i imagine this topic could get rather..... argumental at some point. but personally for me? i think it depends on my mood. some days i want to hear hakumen say unit cookie dough and others i want to hear him say WINDS OF DESTINY etc. but i usually play games without dua; audio so it doesnt really matter to me. my TV is usually sound off...
  15. everyone mashes tech against me on netplay (its all ive got...don't laugh ;w;) so i dont really get late techers. but smart people late tech a lot. j.D is good here like Omnix said.

  22. wow, thanks Sourenga! it's really appreciated. this updates pretty interesting, especially the applications going out. the little teases are quite cute,tbh. shows the company is like 'WE'RE DOING SOMETHING OKAY STOP BITCHING ABOUT US'. but i wish them all luck with further ventures. the one thing that caught my eye is "Arcade version has settled down a little." thats a shame, if its implying what i think. hopefully more new people start to pick it up. but maybe that might help them with a push towards console with Ecole as publisher.
  23. two quick questions, if possible. Are ramlethal's sword projectiles? i was curious if you could YRC them like a projectile, for mixup etc. also if you ever get the chance, could you find out if /any/ of her sword moves hit Overhead? and lastly, her vertical sword when not connected has two slashes, one being 2S i believe? does that one do more damage/comboable off? it looks very slow. thanks for being willing to do this, Elven.
  24. yeah that's definitely her 6K, which is an OH. i guess we'll keep waiting to find out.
  25. baguette normals would be too broken edit: i guess in her jellyfish uniform, you could say that the baguette would be one half of her BnBs..... (IM SORRY I HAD TO OKAY)
