  1. Here in the arcade we call NT-1 the master-killer. First NT-1 has real low cost. Secondly pro players will only put on the armor when you try to get close to them, making it almost impossible to melee a NT-1. Then you can also have a lot more EX-BURST since you are just 1K cost. NT-1 is used here mostly to punish players with bad behaviours. Whenever you see a NT-1 against a master gundam. it will always end up in time-over or NT-1 winning. LOL
  2. The Front melee (8B) is good for defending but not attacking. The first hit of 8B has good priority since the hitbox is right in front of hi-nu. Making it good to use against melee attacks. To attack the opponent you always have 4/6B and CC8B which is far and fast. Still, I personally dont use much combos other then 4/6B.B>4.6B.B.B And CC8B.B>4/6B.B.B / 4.6B >CS CC8B>CS The reason why I dont use much combos is becuz Hi-Nu's melee is not that reliable. Hi-Hu's play style is more like Hit and Run + Mid range shooting. You have funnels to help you attack enemies. All you need to do is spam funnels, link your next move to the funnel hit. Keep doing that and when you are out of ammo, use psycho frame to refill it. Use the same tactics over and over to win the game. Use 4/6B only if the enemy is dashing close to you. Or else just use the above method. Not to mention you have to use the CSa wisely. There are a lot of tricks for the CSa. Such as CC8B(MISS)>CSa. Or 2B>CSa.
  3. The thing is it doesn't take long to charge. It is situational at the first place. And yes it attracts every assist. Which is not a bad thing. It could even block one BR for you!
  4. That rock is still useful in some ways. Such as when you are against deathscythe gundam. Most players will use assist first then dash into you using melee. If you are using zeta against this kind of attack. You can use your charge A to defend yourself from the assist and the melee at the same time. It is very useful and effective. The enemy has to literally move to another angle in order to melee you again. Which would have given you enough time frame to get away.
  5. Unfortunately, they could never balance burst choices. They had the same problem with Zeta DX and Seed Destiny. In the very end of Zeta DX, everyone picks "Speed" over power and revive. Even tho some suits are good with power... but the majority is still speed. Same thing again with Seed Destiny. They made Speed Power and Rush. Everyone picks speed once they realize that Speed combo can deal more damage than rush and they can cancel anything they want by either step, jump or boost dash. Some players like me picks power and try to gamble the game by power cancelling. The sad thing is after so long, they still couldn't balance it. For Zeta and ZZ you can pick assualt and try to use your 3 hit combo to destroy the enemy. It will deal at least 300 damange in around 2 seconds time. But the problem is that you won't have a lot of chances doing this. Even if you do have the chance it might still be risky unless you are winning a lot already. My friends use blast and do the same combo using blast. It deals a little less damage but then you have more choices. Too bad 2500 normally has to die after 3K. They heavily rely on their burst to get away when they come down with 120 HP.
  6. It was nice talking to everyone of you! Ima go take some rest now since i haven't sleep last night (was writing team comp and strategies to my partner=.=) Any questions. Just go to my post and ask me. I will answer you asap! I can also do replay commentary to help you guys improve! Catch you guys later ~ bye!
  7. P.S They removed the choice between A and B in MB due to the fact that B is so much better than A. They combined both B and A together again in MB.
  8. Topic Conclusion. If you dont have a lot of weapons that you can R-Step cancel with then A might be a choice. E.G Susanoo. If you are any other MS with more than 2 weapons that can be R-step cancelled with then B must be better. Mobility is always more important than power.
  9. It is still a waste of the assualt burst. If you are going to win the game by your EX BURST attack then it would matter what kind of burst are you using. Even if you are using Blast burst and you found an opening for EX BURST. You would still use it due to the damage. If you are using cherudim against advanced players with assault, you are literally a sitting duck during trans-arm. Since you cannot A>STEP>A Which is efficient and safety. Not to mention that Cherudim's A has no homing at all. It is just a straight line to the target locked. Straight Line. (you can check the wiki) Which made things even harder unless the opponent is landing without boost. Another thing is that you cannot do stuffs like AC>STEP>A or AC>STEP>A>STEP>AC>STEP>BC>l... loop... Conclusion> No matter what B is better for cherudim. All round.
  10. Susanoo has really nth to cancel with from the beginning lol so its really ok to use assualt. I never played with brett or anyone from here or NA. I taught few newbies from Gamefaq but I never really play with NA players since i would be lagging hard and it wouldnt be fun for the NA players either. Not trying to say every NA player is bad or what. Just saying that there is still a huge gap and there is no need to ruin the fun. It is reasonable tho. If an arcade player who played gundam for almost 10 years cannot win a player who learned the game for 2 years then that player really does have some problem lol. Same story. if you guys play more now and discuss more. Take away the ignorance and accept advice. You guys can be like the HKs and Japs too.
  11. Don't get me wrong. Susanoo + Epyon is not a double front tactic. Susanoo is just another support shooting MS with BURST damage. The Pizzas of Susanoo can give Epyon a lot of opening. The mobility of Susanno can save Epyon when Epyon got countered by melee. The TRANS-ARM OF SUSANOO.... MAKES U THE GOD OF SHOOTING PIZZAS. PLUS TONS OF DAMAGE. without even using your burst!
  12. Let me help you make this tactic solid and powerful. Change cherudim into Susanoo. Supports stronger than Cherudim. Can storm the front. Unlimited ammo. Plus free trans-arm =?? Victory
  13. The thing is power vs mobility. And when in gundam games. Mobility is always better. Lets say you are using god gundam, you used your charge shot at mid-close range then instantly rainbow step and chain into melee. This is one of the hardest to evade situation. Enemy have to step to evade your charge shot. That step gives you an opening for melee. Making it very very hard to defend against. or You used your A and r-Step cancelled it into melee. Burst just gives you too much more choices when it comes to attacking the enemy. Now what do u prefer? More mobility and choices to attack the enemy OR more power?
  14. Alice system gives EX-S different melee attacks. Melee attacks much much more powerful than what you have during normal mode. 00R and 00Q 's quatumization is a huge factor. It reduces your burst time everytime it quatumize.
  15. There are a lot of ways playing the game Burger. Maybe next time i will upload my maxi boost game play and show you the difference between different strategy. If you are playing God and Deathscythe you can ask your 3K to support you instead and let you die first. Here in HK we call it "the 3 down tactic" which literally means that the 2.5K can die 3 times instead of traditional 1 time for each player. There is also the JP tactic where you can ask your partner to hold the enemie's partner for you and you go 1v1 using a melee suit destroying the enemie's partner while your partner is holding the other guy. Anddddd a lot more situational stuffs. Either way. Blast is still better due to the longer burst period.
  16. It was like that in the beginning. I used to teach newbies here. I just don't like it when EVO has such players....... its... hard... to.... arghh..
  17. Dynames is still better than Cherudim. Melee>CS is really fast. And the fact that you have the AC during shield mode makes a big different. Cherudim is more of a full support MS. Just not good enough.
  18. No. I am one of the top tier player from HK. I joined here cuz i figured that if I want this game to expand. I have to give a hand. Instead of being in our little worlds and saying that newbies cant learn gundam. I decided to try to explain and help anyone who wants to learn this game.
  19. Now that you understand. You learnt!
  20. This is more of an advance tactic thing. Ammo isn't that important. Your health status and what are you going to do is more important. For example, I myself will tell my partner that ima turn on my Ex BURST. So that my partner will help defend me while i am attacking one target with my burst. Another example, 2500 + 3000 teams. Whenever i am low to around 300 I will tell my partner that i am going to cover he/she. So we could instantly switch from 3K front 2.5K back to the other way around. Once my partner is around 300 health, it will be my turn to get to the front. And when my second 3K is out and my partner is still not dead yet, I will storm the front while my partner will wait till i get low. When i am low to around 400, my partner will come up to the frontline with me and we be doing the double front formation. That way, when my partner arrive in his 2nd MS he has around 120 health and i will be having around 200. We will make sure that we are using every bit of our health to gain the most advatange. (Copied from my another post) Hope this answers your question. As for what you said earlier. Yes when you put it that way, it seems like you are trying to get more advantage. But the problem is that cost over can kill you and make you lose the game quick. If the opponent saw you using your burst that early. They could just kill you the instant you came down with 120 health. That is why pros dont normally do that. It is still too risky.
  21. Recently in Japan, the community is being retarded... They are just washing WR everyday. You can see people with over 90% win rate with over 500 games.. Which is pretty impossible. Me and my partner came across people who wash WR by themselves. They literally just pay for both his own game and the opponents game and ask the opponent to just lose the game at the end. Same thing in JP. In the very end it doesnt matter.. *Linkin Park XP* Me and my partner went down and had a 11 win straight against that guy with almost 90% win rate.
  22. I apologize for my mistake, still not that used to this forum yet
  23. But the majority of the pro players pick Blast over Assualt since the burst is much longer than Assualt. Unless they play real agressive MS like master/00-Q. I dont see why should we be using assualt over blast. Melee oriented suits might use Assualt over blast due to the damage and melee buffs. But other MS are still better with Blast. Rainbow Step is still one of the best thing out there, especially when you can literally use it to cancel anything that stops you from moving.
