Ok. So with the execption of Alex I'm completely incompetent with melee. Could I get some basic pointers on melee as I do want to do well with Exia and Epyon Edit: I feel like I'm mostly running into things and that I have no presence when using a melee suit.

So I feel like I'm lost. I need to step up my front game. I feel at least somewhat comfortable with every cost suit except 3ks. What's a good 3k to learn with?

I see. I don't think I've played with anyone yet that has him. How does Everyone feel so far about Dlc suits so far? So far for dlc that I have: Lacus. Doesnt have ammo problems and has a lot of tools. She doesn't have the extra movement of 2.5 nor does wing toss track as good but she's still pretty good I'd say. Ex-S is slow as hell and feels like a back suit. But does him being anti meta (3ks being front) hurt his viability? That sniper shot bouncing off stuff you throw is actually really really good. Johnny Zaku: good zook. Mg is meh. Command dash isn't bad but the attack it has seems awkward. I'm not sure I like his grenade. Roux: zeta is the lowest ranked 2.5k iirc. She isn't as sturdy and doesn't have the ammo refill but I find this a worthwhile suit actually. ----------- One other note. Does Epyon's heat rod have different properties as opposed to tallgeese? Epyon can damage buildings with his. Tallgeese can not. I'm assuming that's because Epyon can nullify certain attacks, right?

Yeah she is really good at stomping players whom have many bad habits.

I just go to nico and type in the suit really. Even if the player is weaker than you I think you can still learn though

I feel she has everything she needs. Her assist isn't bad. Her br is a 1 hit knockdown suitable for everything from combos to punishes and it guards on top of that. Her armor gives her extra survivability which is only matched by 2k Kapool. But unlike Kapool this extra health allows her to ignore things and do things her way. Her 5B B has a bit of cut resistance as she moves past them. She's pretty fun.

Yeah I did it a few times to make damn sure I wasnt seeing things, I can honestly confirm and can make a video of it if need be that the consumption is indeed the same. I would say the only true benefit to MA is that you ram past the opponent so it should have some decent cut resistance. I suppose the best situation for MA Mode would be you are in a situation where Zero is active and your partner got destroyed and you need to get out of there, instead of Deactivate cc you can just MA and you're gone. --- This suit has a real tough time. you have to really know how to move.

While I was messing in Practice, some notes: As we know, when Zero System is active Boost Consumption is increased. There IS an exception. while in Mobile Armor/bird mode boost consumption is the same duration regardless of wether or not you are using Zero System or not. More notes on bird mode. while in Bird Mode [A] Heat rod does a tail wag. Perhaps while in bird mode the tail wag maintains the heat rod property of nulling attacks? If it hits, its a knockdown. stops for an instant before dashing forward. if you are in red lock range Epyon will turn and face target and try to ram them. if you are fast about it, you can press A to hit them with a tail wag and a knockdown
