I'm glad that Haz is gonna support P4:A but it's kinda annoying that they never gave a shit about BB or GG or any other game that most of us play, and now that they like P4:A, we still are having t.o go to them for it. For once I wanted them to have to make the effort of attending one of our events, whether it be me, Chris, Marq or any of us hosting .

So I dunno how many of you read the Facebook SRK thread about Hazbats running P4A ranbats yet but they're replacing SFxT with it (big surprise). Although I wanted to keep the tourney scene for P4:A close to the chest for the Dustloop/MM community, I can't help my current situation and let's be honest, the exposure at Hazem's will be better. With that said, I will be cancelling my ranbat schedule and they will be picking it up starting the second hazbat which is the 8th of September. I know some of you are happier with this, and I'm really glad that SRK is really into one of our games finally, but I can't help but feel like we're being assimilated by the borg. I'm gonna see if I can ever do casuals here anytime soon. Chris I wish I could've gone to your place yesterday.

Anyways, shit is going down on my end, there's a chance I won't be able to host anymore which really REALLY sucks, but nothing is for sure yet. Time to browse the housing market in Tempe. Carlos, I think the reason why I feel a sense of hopelessness when I play you even if there's no basis in this game is because the only two times I've really played sets against you was in BBCT back at Melty Haus and MBAA console version at the LAN Speed games tourney awhile back when there weren't enough entrants to start the MB tourney. In both games you put me in a corner and kept me there, back in BB it was mainly my fault because I really didn't know my options or enough about the game to do anything about it and I still sucked considerably at the genre, and in MB I don't actually think there are options, but I guess that nonsense is nerfed now. Regardless even though I knew that it wouldn't be the same since I've seen a lot of gameplay for this game and I recognize all the tools that you're given, I still just have bad memories of playing you in the past that affect me. Oh also, shout-outs to whoever washed those glasses.

A total of 17 people were here tonight, and we had 6 P4:A setups, I couldn't be more happy, and that didn't include the SRK scene who is interested in this game, I'm guessing they were grinding for Mash-Up, but I'll see who might wanna stop by next time I do this. GG's to all, I covered playing against at least half the cast tonight which was great, learned a LOT of shit. Looking forward to playing Jimmy's Shabrys and playing against more of Chris's Yosuke, that guy is faster than I imagined. Next week is RevLAtions, but I should be able to have people over again the Friday after, if anyone wants to play during this week as well, let me know. I want to get good practice before Rev.

Haz is doing 4 games, and P4:A isn't one of them, plus I want this to be ran by the people who love the game, I don't want it to be assimilated by SRK. I considered doing these on Saturdays but I know the people who would attend that also play Marvel and AE would probably want to go to Haz's Casuals on Saturdays anyways, I'm just trying to accommodate as many people as possible. BTW, a couple of things to note to those who didn't know, you can break throws at any time much like KOF13 in this game, so even counter throws are breakable. I guess Atlus is really trying to make AZ break the way we punish DPs. Also, more importantly, YOU CAN BREAK LIZ'S R-ACTION THROW :yaaay::yaaay::yaaay::yaaay::yaaay:

Tommy, good news, if you DP with Yu, you only have to hit 2 buttons. Bad news, you can't RC it twice in a combo, but you can super cancel it. Luke: yes, yes and yes Marq: Will you PLEASE make a fucking Koko avatar? Actually that goes for all the non-conformers.

I was watching some Aigis vs Liz match vids, I was hoping for some sweet tech that I hadn't noticed, NOPE. The mathes were pretty much 50/50, they went about the same way I was trying to deal with Brian, except that the Aigis's could actually confirm decent damage once they did get in. Made some small changes to the RanBat info, I derped on the 4th/5th thing, so I'm just awarding points to top 4. Reminder again, P4:A at my place anytime after 7PM.

I need to go test some setups I thought of as I was playing tonight as well as see how the Japs handle Aigis during Orgy mode (yes Orgy), I'm pretty sure I'm using it somewhat correctly but I feel like it has more uses elsewhere, not sure if I'm just supposed to sit in that mode when I'm fullscreen or not but I'm pretty confident that you're supposed to save it until you have a positive situation, especially since it runs out after 4 or 5 uses of Orgy moves. I gotta go read the arcade patch notes and see what's different between current Aigis and old Aigis to see if I'm trying to do something that isn't actually viable anymore. Anime side note: Apparently there's a new character in the upcoming Madoka movies? I thought it was just a movie-retelling of the series but maybe not.
