Wow 4 pages. Anyways, I'm just going to say that I'd rather play against the 3 characters in question in this order Chie Mitsuru Kanji Justin said it best, grapplers are meant to be played disrespectful and how Jimmy described the Tagers in Japan as being professional butter churners just reinforces that. The fact that you have to be so insanely careful against them is just balls, I can understand patience against zoners and blocking patience against oki/set-up chars, but if you block right you might get out alive. I just think that the concept of getting such a reward off of one semi-good guess is just ridiculous. After playing against Luke's and Ray's Chie I feel like if you block long enough and eat enough throws you'll get out of the pressure eventually, Mitsuru is gay because if you do guess wrong on the pressure you're going to eat 4k meterless or more with meter, and she gets decent damage off her ground throw in the corner and insane damage off of her air throw anywhere. Also since her pokes are at such a range, certain "outs" are bad ideas against her whereas they would have worked against Chie in a similar situation. Yeah Kanji's DP is gay, his and Teddies are un-safe-jumpable by Aigis. Yosuke's is theoretically possible but pretty much impractical. Just play the mid-range game against Kanji, in my case I'm pretty sure I'm just going to play Shadow Labrys.

Thanks, I'm glad that you came all the way from the Aquapazza thread to check up on us, but I'm not sure what P1, P2, SMP means either. I only know what SMP stands for. Is it like, damage on first use in a combo, second use in a combo, subsequent uses in a combo? If so, I have some ideas.....

I didn't say MB didn't have weird hitboxes, I said at least the characters looked normal for the most part. Satsuki's air hand job might reach across the screen but at least her sprite doesn't . I wanna know what EXS is and why they're depleted of it when they lose. But at least maybe, just maybe they're slowly putting all HD Melty characters into this game and then it'll be playable.

Yeah there were like 6-7 people going to Justin's and I had to go halfway down there anyways for personal reasons so I went there. GG's Justin, Justin and Cedric. I don't say this often but I really was dropping the ball tonight, not just with my combos but with the set-ups that I've been getting pretty good at as of late, hopefully next time I'm not as free, especially with blocking overheads. I try and review in my head why I lose certain matches, but I think it's important to remember that even though as a player you're becoming better your opponents are also learning and getting better at what they do as well, so losing doesn't necessarily mean you've gotten worse, but the others around you are keeping up and I guess in the long run that's a good thing. Also I don't get headaches often, but when I do.......... it's miserable lol. Shout-outs to Hentai fighters.

I don't think we would run that, probably just do casuals. Justin, there are too many people interested for Saturday to fit in your house, but I haven't gotten a response about UAT so at this rate I may not even get the room. It wouldn't have to be the whole day though, just come by and play for as long as you want. I just think the space and location would be convenient for everyone. Daniel, I may or may not have somewhere to be Friday, if not I'll definitely come by.

I'm not sure double button presses are any harder than pushing one button, I mean you do have enough fingers for all the buttons, but yeah I wish they just went the Marvel route since they are using two buttons or made the inputs a little more universal like Persona, I'd be fine with qcfx2 A+B. I still wanna try playing this game with somebody online, don't check the forums too often but maybe I'll get lucky. I'd prefer to play with West Coast if possible.

Aight so, Daniel, I hate playing online but if anything is happenin' on the west side on Friday for P4A that's worth me driving over for I'm game. As for this Saturday, since I can't host Friday I CAN get a room at UAT for casuals if people would like on Saturday, the problem here is that I'd need enough interest for people to come and bring setups, I can bring 2 myself but that's not enough obviously. If I get can get confirmation from enough people within the next two days then I'll go ahead and reserve the room assuming it's still available and we can get some casuals in for however long we'd like.
