  1. by DP are we talking about 623D? or 214D~C? I've seen plenty 'a time where hazama does 214D~C into 623D and then dash 3C (or just oki)
  2. that combo is.....beautiful the video quality is crap, but it seems like the combo ends at about 4400 damage which is fairly @_@ edit: need confirmation but itsuu seems to be a LOT faster
  3. not sure yet...but i'm almost positive i saw it break a guard primer and so does 13 orphans (i think) and great wheel (definitely...it was 2 in loctest...might just be 1 now) even with only 6C I think litchi's guard break potential is really high...considering it was almost impossible in CT

  5. ummm...all your combos were 6C combos too...I believe all of the generic 6C combos do upwards of like 4500-4900 which at that point a daisharin or kokushi musou would probably be better after they land also note that I'm fairly certain AG scales like crazy
  6. thanks for the tip...I assume that the charge recovers in time to 360 before the staff comes down? does it really have enough invuln? also sledge is pretty slow so litchi might be able to just react to the charge and punish another question...is the charge invuln to projectiles the entire time it's held?

  9. well, I guess it's special cancelable in CT, so since no news USUALLY means no change, hopefully it will be special cancelable...and will be source for HUGE DAMAGE on another note...I'm going to really miss riichiB (fling)
  10. well they've been getting the loctests out one after the other every week almost, so assuming this is the last test, there's no reason why they can't produce enough updated cabinets in another 3-4 weeks. (some one mentioned before that it's just a hard drive switch) Even if there's one final FINAL loctest, they could probably get it out to where they wanted before the 20th
  11. I think the easiest is 6C->all green >.> otherwise I think the 6C->chun combo is good since it seems to be fairly consistant
  12. seems like the first combo is a complete waste of meter when you can do 6C[m] chun 5B[m] tsubame dash 2C JBCD airdash JBC staff2 6C tsubame 6C~ for free with similar damage the second one is just a variation of 6C[m] JC kote(421) falling JC 2C 6C 2B 2C sjBC [D] ]D[ (release when they are on the ground) falling JC 6C tsubame 6C~ without the 2C 6C and replacing the 2B 2C with 5C (which you would do anyway on the characters you could...and I believe the combo already posted would do more damage <.< speaking of 6C combos...in corner hitting with a far 6C (the point which you can't get the j.C 6C, ryuuisou, tsubame~whatever IIRC it did about 5k damage, I'll have to check after work...I'm trying to find a midscreen version, but they seem to be able to tech, or they hit the ground too fast
  13. any news on if 6C[M] is special cancelable? that could make 6C a LOT better 6C itsuuA would probably be possible and the current 6C j.BC jc j.BC great wheel combo would be much easier

  15. yeah, it starts much farther away, travels slower, shorter distance...only first hit (which seems to whiff a lot) is low but on the bright side, seems like it could be a surprise low, and since it's multiple hits it locks them in place for quite a while for ryoko's post about hazama, might mean his Gashoukyaku [214D->B]? (the flash kick)
  16. so far in the loctest videos no one's really exploring her corner mix-up options because they're all trying to do what they did in CT...but from what I'm seeing/thinking, she has a LOT of potential
  17. looks like at least on CH that it crumples, so maybe 4D chun->whatever or 4D land or 4D riichi something? at the very least on block we can probably look forward to 4D->kote->AD j.BC or kote, land 2B or....4D kote j.C JC kote j.CD mmmm
  18. D flings seem to have RIDICULOUSLY quick recovery now, in the litchi vs. jin video one of the times she flings she does 5B almost immediately (happens @4:36) litchi might be top in this rendition...I can't see one reason (yet) why not
  19. more litchi stuff from looking at the videos: shin shin's (41236D without staff) 5D trajectory slightly altered, used to just go diagonally up a little, now continues forward, like a normal 5D staff fling 6D plants stick at 5D trajectory. I also saw in another video that it seems she can now do hatsu (236B) and chun (236C) after she jumps onto the staff...these act much like jam's IAD kick moves, as the propel her towards the ground instead of the normal direction Hazama's terumi super now seems to be unblockable and homes in on target
  20. actually, it DOES seem like riichiA...it looks like if you do a rekka from the staff, it changes your trajectory (like Jam's IAD kick moves)
  21. few things about litchi that I don't see on the main page clarification about the "slower" start-up of all green: judging from the video they either revoked this change or the change is nearly un-noticeable (like...used to be 1 frame...maybe 2-3?) seems to be more un-techability in the staff throw/return: staff hit into 41236D~C used to black beat, now it combos also, it was mentioned that 4D is special cancelable (at least into 236B)
  22. 6C kote loops? wonder if 6D can be cancelled from 6C...or 4D...could probably do something from that
  23. honestly...the buffs seem much greater than the nerfs, it's already confirmed that 5C[M]->6D->5B works...which means you can probably do something like 5B->2C->6C 5Cotg jBCD dash BC land staff 2 6C or maybe 5B->haku-> chun->5B jBCD etc... assuming that 6D sets the staff for ground trajectory also wondering how long the hang time for the air hit on 6D is...I'm sure there'll be some thing interesting come of it....maybe it'll be useable like we use 6C tsubame 6C after staff2?...it seems like it comes out reallly quick (at least as fast as 41236D~C since it combos from 5C[M]) and if 4D hatsu chun works...haku chun will probably also work...which also means depending on staff trajectory you'll probably get a 3300 combo off it also...I wonder if they've changed staff trajectories granted this is all speculation...but it seems some of you are only looking at litchi as she is now and removing the good things without putting in the possibly AWESOME things an awesome thought occured to me...is 6D cancellable? 6D->ippatsuB~A? god that'd be powerfull even if only on close air hit edit: final note....3C ittsuC is definitely sex
  24. actually...I wonder if anyone tried the shounen combo yet 5B, 5C(2) 3C, TK chun, 2C, 6C tsubame 6C 3C...did more damage than the normal one anyway...just didn't carry as far
  25. that's....odd to say the least I wonder if they tried 2 hits or 1 hit 5C?
