Well actually I uploaded them (lol) and yeah that was my purpose. I mean I might as well take a chance with that, though I'm sure Arcsys/Atlus will catch on eventually. Not sure when it's safe to change the names to normal but for now they're staying like that. I guess it's kind of counter intuitive as not many people can see it but you know.

^ I mean I looked at the brackets and it said "Oku-san yadayada" and his name had Liz next to his name. Even the results said Liz I think. Then it would be possible to do 2C -> 236AB, or is it just 214A?

So Arc Revo happened. Okusan was Liz it looks like which I thought was weird since I'm pretty sure he dropped her. Unless I'm mistaking him for someone else... Didn't spot Damosu either so I guess he didn't make it? Anyways no great Liz presence in this Arc Revo tournament

Uh...is Mitsuru still an annoying matchup? I heard Coup Droit isn't as scary.

I'm not really one to talk with my experience but we don't know how he plays that well yet. From his moveset the worst I could imagine would be fighting a good Elizabeth, but idk if Adachi is all that trouble really.

I guess I never took into account cross-platform. Well, I think I should probably keep the stick for now...I guess I could give it a few more months before I make my final decision. Thanks for the responses @everyone

I've been using an arcade stick for about a month or two now opposed to be Xbox 360 controller and I've noticed that my performance got not better, but worse. I mean after a month of heavy use, it's not getting better at all. Worse. So much worse. It could be the arcade stick I'm using because the actual joystick is kinda funky (Mortal Kombat special edition or something) but I keep messing up combos because I'm trying to do like 236A/B and it ends up just using a regular 5A or grabbing. I only got a stick because I heard they were better, but then again, the only reason I've actually seen is that "it feels better." I'm quite content with using the Xbox 360 joystick and If there's a real genuine reason why I shouldn't switch, I won't. But aside from "da feelz" and button mapping (which for the record wasn't an issue for me), I'm really questioning the $100 investment. Thanks for any responses

Thanks again for the response, I really do appreciate them Last question I think for a while, but I've been wondering how I should get closer to the enemy. I know I shouldn't randomly charge in and use 5A but I can't seem to get in that close with Elizabeth without using IAD > j.B, or just throwing out random j.Bs, and I know that's dangerous because more skilled players always anti-air me. I've been watching some other match videos but I can't really figure it out because it seems they're just patient and lets the enemy come to them. Which I guess that's something I could do, but idk.

Thanks for the response! Do you have any tips for the 5D combo? I know it's 5D > j.B > j.A > 2C > 2A then Thanatos stuff. And I can do it somewhat consistently in training mode but I can rarely do it on netplay. Is there like...Elizabeth has to be higher than the opponent when doing the combo or is it just timing? Also I know this probably has to do with frames and stuff, but against any enemy, usually when I try to charge in and use 5A, they are able to counter me and use one of their other normals and start a combo. It happens a lot but it's mostly with characters like Yu and Mitsuru (ESPECIALLY her .-.). It's hard for me to do a "rushdown" thing...which I'm sure just requires practice but idk if you have any tips about that.

Hello! This is my first fighting game and I've been looking to get better so I can do things like tournaments maybe. There are a few things I don't really understand though. I main Elizabeth, and for me it's hard to judge when a combo will start to drop off. I memorized some basic combos (j.236D, 2A, 5B, 2AB, 236D, 2A, 5B, 2AB, 236D, 2A, 5B, 5C, 2C, 214B) and I can execute them sort of consistently, things like that, but I don't understand what determines when that combo will end, if that makes sense. This doesn't just apply to Elizabeth. I heard in BB you can only use a certain number of moves in a combostring based on how you start the combo, so idk if that applies to this, or if it's just sort of random. Also, in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Moxp-DDd56o at around 3:17, Elizabeth jumps and turns around to hit the enemy on the other side. I see a lot of people doing this but I can't figure out how to execute it. It would help with my Yukiko as well if I could do that. This other question is actually just Elizabeth related but I figured I'd ask it in this thread to see if anyone could answer it, but in that same video above I can never execute the combo at 1:08. It looks like it's Fatal Counter only but even then. Do I use 236C or 236D..? Finally, if there's just any other general advice more experienced players can give me, those would be much appreciated. Sorry if this thread is clutter. It's probably best to post here rather than egg people over XBL anyways for a more general purpose because I think I've been annoying all the S-ranks I've private messaged asking for advice, lol. This game is just real fun and I want to improve my game

So big thanks to Logiic for baring like 50+ matches with me. I only won like three times but GGs, I think I learned a few things. It was a bit disheartening to lose 30 times in a row though Hope I wasn't too boring for you

Can you combo into Diarahan anymore? I don't see any Elizabeth's doing that anymore. Also from the stream it looks like it's much easier to combo into Mahamaon. Dunno.

Hello Some people probably recognize me as a rage quitter or not .-. But this game is tons of fun and I'm not very good so I'm looking for some high levels to train with...I only have Xbox sadly so there's that. If someone can train with me I'd be grateful ^^ I main Elizabeth (p4u2 ): )and sub Yukiko buuut my Yukiko is not very good and I can't really combo consistently with Liz...
