Chip is def a strong character in xrd. Which is awesome because he was my main way back in reload. Really looking forward to playing chipp once the game comes out on console. If I remember right Xrd Releases on the 4th of Dec 2014. The company also states that the US will get its release in 2014. Most sites say Xrd hit's US on the 31st of Dec. As for the Tiers people should really just stop. I've seen at least 2 tier lists for Xrd and they vary greatly. It's more important to learn your matchup's than making a tier list your bible. On a completely different note. I really hope the Xrd scene in the states gets huge with tons of weekly tournies and majors.

Long time watcher of these forums but with xrd I finally made an account. I just want to say never put to much stock in a Tier List. Don't let Tier lists affect which character you want to main or play. People forget its not the character that wins the match it's the player. If your going to pick your main based on a Tier List you are limiting your self. Always pick your character based on "Your" strengths and you will go further in Tourny play.
