Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel
Danaiden replied to ivanchu77's topic in Misc Fighter Central
Two matches with Sonico against Saber in HD and 60fps: Of course these are no professional plays but at least we can see some of Sonico's moves and win pose. Ohh, and... spare yourself and don't look into the comment section of this video. I love how they implemented her friends into her gameplay. Suzu dropkicking her opponents is always fun to watch. -
New Fighting Game Based On Shining Series
Danaiden replied to Malcopunch's topic in Misc Fighter Central
A new trailer which focuses on Misty. It shows a little bit of her story and a match against Pairon (which is more credible than the last one). -
Welp, I was madly wrong... but it wasn't unexpectable. https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/them-s-fightin-herds#/updates They not only reached the goat-goal, they also managed to achieve the 560K$ tier: extra stages, new music and story mode.

New Fighting Game Based On Shining Series
Danaiden replied to Malcopunch's topic in Misc Fighter Central
Some screenshots of the story mode and high-resolution character select screen artworks from the majority of the cast since no major english site reported about these yet: (http://www.4gamer.net/script/search/index.php?mode=article&G031068) Beware: The spoilers contain many huge images. Ryuaga & Pairon: http://www.4gamer.net/games/310/G031068/20150828008/ Sakuya & Fenrir: http://www.4gamer.net/games/310/G031068/20150903055/ Rage & Xiao: http://www.4gamer.net/games/310/G031068/20150910080/ Altina & Isaac: http://www.4gamer.net/games/310/G031068/20151001046/ Rick & Melty: http://www.4gamer.net/games/310/G031068/20151008060/ Rouna & Roselinde: http://www.4gamer.net/games/310/G031068/20151015045/ Misty: (VS-artwork) http://www.4gamer.net/games/310/G031068/20150917024/ Sonia: (VS-artwork and in-battle screenshots) http://www.4gamer.net/games/310/G031068/20151001112/ SEGA will likely release images from Dylan and Urayukihime at a later date. EDIT: Seems there is an image limit because I can only see the last ones. I'll correct these later. EDIT 2: Scrap the spoilers. Seems that the pictures are just too big, there is still a bug with the forum software or the images are protected (most likely). Either way, every image of the characters are viewable on the respective links. -
The pledges skyrocketed the last days so they managed to fund the project. There also will be a Mac/Linux port. https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/them-s-fightin-herds#/updates It is however doubtful that they receive another 50 thousand dollar in such a short timeframe (about 2 days) to lure the goat out of its cave.

Yes, welcome to Dustloop and I hope you enjoy BlazBlue very much! Regarding Kokonoe: The newer Matchup Threads are still have to be filled with information, however both the new and old thread don't have any information regarding fighting Kokonoe, although she was very popular in the first version of Chrono Phantasma. So the best idea would be if you ask some specific question, like how to punish her fireball, etc, in her new Matchup Thread vs. Kokonoe. Assuredly the more experienced Noelers will help you there. It is important with Noel to know her Drive moves very well. You don't need more specific things like how much invulnerability a move has yet. It is enough to know what move is an overhead or which is a good combo ender. You already visited the Tutorial Mode, or? It will provide you very well with more general information. After it I recommend that you visit Noel's tutorial, since this one will provide info about her in particular, like good Action Revolver links/cancels and so on. After this take a look at her first 10 challenges in her Challenge Mode. It will show you some (very) basic combos and how to utilize her Distortion Drives and her Astral Heat. After all this you can try to memorize them in training mode and fight against the cast either in Versus or Arcade mode on a lower difficulty. If you often drop combos, I recommend that you first use some easier combos before you use some more advanced ones. Her Combo Thread contains beside optimal combos also some more basic ones. You can also ask question about specific combos there. Hopefully I could provide a little insight where to look up the information. If you want you can also write down your location and/or PSN/ XBox Live/ Steam ID so you can find people in your area more easily.

New Fighting Game Based On Shining Series
Danaiden replied to Malcopunch's topic in Misc Fighter Central
Well, at least we don't have to worry that it would separate the playerbase between Playstation 4 and Playstation 3 if it has come out without cross-play ... http://shoryuken.com/2015/10/08/blade-arcus-from-shining-ex-forgoes-netplay-in-upcoming-console-release/ http://shining-world.jp/BA/spec/ (First paragraph, before the CERO rating at the bottom) -
[CF] Naoto Kurogane Information/Discussion Thread
Danaiden replied to Tong's topic in Naoto Kurogane
Yes, the reach and size of Naoto's Drive Attacks nearly doubles if he fully charges them. Here is an example of his Drive without any charge.Against Hakumen he uses a charged version of his 5D and he crushed his normal guard. However, Barriers do not get crushed by it. -
New Fighting Game Based On Shining Series
Danaiden replied to Malcopunch's topic in Misc Fighter Central
SEGA published a video which showcases the whole roster and a little glimpse of the original story and training mode. Right after is a little bit of the gallery viewable, which will feature around 200 illustrations. At the 3:27 mark they show some gameplay of Sonia Blanche. -
I am done with adding the pictures. Took longer as expected and I hope you all like the results. Look and enjoy: http://www.dustloop.com/wiki/index.php?title=BBCPE/Celica_A._Mercury/Moves Oh, I also added the majority of the combos from her Combo Thread into her Combo Section: http://www.dustloop.com/wiki/index.php?title=BBCPE/Celica_A._Mercury/Combos I leave the rest, like the Strategy Section and accurate description of her moves, to someone who has more experience with her. Good luck with that!

OK, after so much time looking at a nearly completely empty move page, I am willingly to capture every move and put it into the wiki. However before I need some suggestions: Most important: I do not own a capture card so I can only capture the moves via the capture device of the Playstation 4. The quality of the picture are not as good as with a normal capture device and there is a watermark at the bottom at the right if the pictures are not cropped, but I think they are enough for the wiki. Here is an example of it: The first one is taken via a capture card while the second one via the Playstation 4: Is this quality enough or would the superior quality be better? Also, Sony is releasing a patch sometimes which makes it possible to safe the pictures as PNGs. Maybe this improves the quality but I am not certain. Also: 5D: Is the standard 5D without any follow-ups enough or do we need some of them too?2D: Which frame should be used? The one while she is still sliding or the one when Minerva is pulling her up?Throw: Same as above: which frame should be used? 1.: When Minerva is holding her opponent up 2.: Minerva is aiming her canon at the opponent 3.: Minerva is firing her laser at the opponent The questions also concern her air throw. Also, should the back throw be the same as the normal throw or another frame?Crush Trigger: Same as both above; A frame holding Crush Trigger (with the wind special effects?) or a frame in which the Crush Trigger is going off?236B: Should the frame also feature the projectile?632146B: Like above; Should the picture also depicts the lasers?Astral Heat: Is one picture enough, like the flower field, or should it be a sequence of picture to show the full Astral Heat? Her victim: Who should be the poor scapegoat? My vote is for Terumi since both are kind of rivals. (BTW, I love Terumi's Combo quote against her!) I think that is everything where I need some incitements. A little off-topic: Who knew that Celica and Mu-12 have special idle quotes? I am always amazed how many details they put into the voices!

New Fighting Game Based On Shining Series
Danaiden replied to Malcopunch's topic in Misc Fighter Central
Have not seen any videos of her until now. Maybe they release some gameplay during the Tokyo Game Show 2015. If anyone is interested in the Blade Arcus EX LE's and preorder boni, SEGA shared more details about them on BA EX official website: Famitsu also published some articles regarding Misty, the LEs and shop exclusive illustrations: Misty: http://www.famitsu.com/news/201509/17088790.html Limited Editions: http://www.famitsu.com/news/201509/16088696.html In English: http://senpaigamer.com/sony-playstation/blade-arcus-shining-ex-limited-edition-package-details-09162015-1656 Pre-order gifts: http://www.famitsu.com/news/201509/16088701.html In English: http://senpaigamer.com/sony-playstation/blade-arcus-shining-ex-new-pre-order-gifts-and-illustrations-published-09162015-163 EDIT: SEGA uploaded a short interview with a member of the developing team. They briefly showed the character select screen and the content of the Limited Edtion. -

Notice broken links? Help me fix them in here
Danaiden replied to shtkn's topic in Site Feedback and Suggestions
I think this is nearly every post which contained either important general information, many links to official artworks or important links for their respective games: Importing 101: http://www.dustloop.com/forums/index.php?/forums/topic/6703-importing-101/&do=findComment&comment=708577 (Not important, every link was either not embedded or shortcuts) Nico Nico 101: http://www.dustloop.com/forums/index.php?/forums/topic/6336-nico-nico-101/ GG official art and sprites (and chibi GIFs) thread: http://www.dustloop.com/forums/index.php?/forums/topic/68-gg-official-art-and-sprites-and-chibi-gifs-thread/&do=findComment&comment=11207 P4U2 Arcade Profile Site Rip: http://www.dustloop.com/forums/index.php?/forums/topic/8024-p4u2-arcade-profile-site-rip/&do=findComment&comment=753145 ArcSys Gallery Dumps (and some others too!): http://www.dustloop.com/forums/index.php?/forums/topic/6314-arcsys-gallery-dumps-and-some-others-too/&do=findComment&comment=668087 http://www.dustloop.com/forums/index.php?/forums/topic/6314-arcsys-gallery-dumps-and-some-others-too/&do=findComment&comment=668088 [UNIEL] Important Links and Information: http://www.dustloop.com/forums/index.php?/forums/topic/8896-uniel-important-links-and-information/&do=findComment&comment=819380 [LM] Important Links and Information: http://www.dustloop.com/forums/index.php?/forums/topic/8750-lm-important-links-and-information/&do=findComment&comment=809552 -
Here is one match with him: Especially his grunts when he performs normal attacks and his "It can't be over!" when he is defeated are very close to Sol's.
-
They likely didn't listen her because they do not want to spoil the audience the secret behind him. They did the same thing in BlazBlue Alter Memory (and I think in Calamity trigger too) with Hakumen, so that the viewers don't associate him with Jin.

@HGhaleon I have gone through Jonio's stream archives and only found the first halve of Jack-O's theme with hardly any soundeffects or voices: http://www.twitch.tv/joniosan/v/12644690?t=13h26m31s There was one point where two Johnnys were standing still while they were preparing the cab for a tournament, but "Bump" was playing in the backround, not his theme. Maybe thats the sequence which @SQNR mentioned. http://www.twitch.tv/joniosan/v/12644690?t=2h18m48s

"j.2D isn't an overhead anymore, new special slow and only Distortion Drive cancelable" 1. Reaction "Hehe... wait, you're for real?!" 2. Reaction OK, before we throw ourselves into the next open Cauldron; these are just location tests. Everything can still be changed and the next version can look completely different... hopefully.

It is not a match video, but 4Gamers showcased Jack-O's movement, attacks, taunt/respect and other things 17:09: Taunts/Respects and movement; 17:40: Normal attacks (punch, kick, slash, heavy slash); 18:50: Dust attacks; 21:15: Pumpkin Set P, minions, etc. 24:10: Pick up Pumpkin; 24:52: Pumpkin Set K; 25:57: Pumpkin Set S; 26:40: All three Pumpkins at the same time; 27:40: Organ Deployment; 28:10: Retrieve All Ghosts; 29:00: Clock Up; 29:36: Explosion; 30:22: Aegis Field; 31:27: Explosion and Retrieve; 31:55: Aegis Field and Explosion; 33:35: Calvados;

He sounds not bad judging from the few lines and Jack-O's voice resembles May's quite a lot. High-pitched and a little bit childish. Still curious if they chose to give Johnny a new English voice actor since Liam O'Brian is already voicing two other major characters. A little bit disappointed that nearly every voice phrase is the same. Is it normal that they not change the majority of them in it if the game is not on a new console generation, unlike BlazBlue? Maybe I am jumping the gun here and they only sound similar. EDIT: Here you can hear Johnny and Jack-O' in action. Johnny: Jack-O' (Childish voice):

Dengeki Bunko FIGHTING CLIMAX IGNITION Gameplay Discussion Thread
Danaiden replied to Setsuna's topic in Misc Fighter Central
EventHubs released an interview with SEGA of America's Localization Producer: http://www.eventhubs.com/news/2015/aug/20/international-licensing-cast-wasnt-too-hard-sega-talks-localizing-dengeki-bunko-fighting-climax-how-it-differs-virtua-fighter/ It is very interesting to read since it also gives a little bit insight into general localization of Japanese titles. They also addressed why they choose this game, if there is a chance that it will be released on PC because of the success of Valkyria Chronicles, the difficulties of localizing it (like references in dialogues), the effects of the releasing cycles of these type of games overseas and how they will handle DFC Ignition. Very important: "So another thing to mention is that the online play has cross region support, for all players who want to play each other overseas." Brace yourself, imports are coming. Regarding the licenses of the characters: This could be the reason how it was possible for Bandai Namco to release J-Stars Victory VS in overseas territories -

Jam Kuradoberi, who was revealed at ArcRevo 2015, has a new voice actress: Matsuzaki Rei. She voiced Olivia and Nah in "Fire Emblem: Awakening", Kirari Moroboshi in "The IDOLM@STER Cinderela Girls" and Ayame Reikadou in "My mental choices are completely interfering with my school romantic comedy"
