Hmm good to hear about the PSP port being excellent, I wonder how it handles on Ad-Hoc party... My main problem with portable fighters is ULTRA not having anyone to play with, at least with consoles I can try and convince someone to play here and there, and now with online play I don't even need that but thankfully with Ad-Hoc party I don't even have to worry about that on PSP *hearts PS3 <3* Now lets hope for a solid BlazBlue PSP release. So who is getting Tekken 6 on PSP?

Saddly I haven't been able to run across any info...might have to dig around SRK...but ugh from this vids the game should be called Samurai-loli Heart as Kamui, Angelia, and Eko are the most used characters -_- Heart's almost apart of that but I love her and she owns anyways! But seriously that's the bad thing about a game with a large roster of characters, so many get rarely used...I've only seen 1 Weiss fight so far ; -; and someone was in the way most of the fight... Also the new Luck Arcana seems to be very well liked...probably because its Eko's XD

Hmm I don't think I can agree to that statement completely...if there is some kind of deep relationship between them (beyond being acquaintances and needing each other's power) it is definitely borderline romantic. From their interactions I view them as the "Reluctant Knight" and the "Aloof Princess". Not once have I seen Rachel act "childish" towards Ragna, in fact she seems to relish the fact she was born more sophisticated and higher up than Ragna and even enjoys brushing it in his face. Ragna tries to act like he can't stand Rachel being around but she is one of the few people who actually knows him for him, not as a SS-class criminal but as a normal guy. Also I don't know how canon they are since they occurred within the loops, but they have both shown grave concern for the other at least once, so if push came to shove I do believe there could possibly be something (I demand my name be changed to RagnaxRachel!) And as I stated before they share ALOT of image space together...and at the very least there relationship goes beyond a professional standard.

Oh that's very interesting... Man Suzaku you're so amazing, where would we be without you? And you need to make me an avatar like your's but with Jin n.n Also anyone see Rachel's birthday art? I swear Ragna is in all of her art, like in the setting material books both Ragna and Rachel's pic have them together, makes me wonder how deep there relationship is? After all it is implied they have some kind of history pre-game and by the sound of it the knew each other for quite some time...

Actually another factor of the "=" logo is simple seperation. When writing Japanese there isn't really spacing, you just read it as one string of words and know the seperation by the words, but when romanizing something or when using katakana it is found difficult to differ the words from one another, thus the "=" are another form of spacing for unfamiliar terms, that's why it's common for them to be featured in names like Ragna=the=Bloodedge. It's a bit outdated now a days but is still fairly used, however it is RARELY seen when the word/name is translated, you'll mostly only see it in katakana usage.

Thank you Suzaku for that insight, not my mind is at ease and new speculation can begin. I love that BlazBlue is so deeply rooted into Japanese mythology esspecially concerning the "3 Sacred Treasures" and the tale of the "Yamatano Orochi". It's like King of Fighters but without the suck! (don't get me wrong I love KoF, it's just ugh...) So now the big question is Why? Ugh Terumi's motives are so omnious that you could even say he wants to destroy everything because someone ate his ate PB&J sandwich >.< Hopefully CS will shed some light on just why he's evil... Also since I now know Hazama is being possesed, I wonder to what degree if any he is aware or this? When did it happen (pre or post joining the NOL)? And is he content with followingTerumi's plans? Maybe he'll try to break out...so many possibilties...ugh the answer just led to more questions but thank you Suzaku, I shall continue to delve...

I know of Ouroboros' power but I'm just saying why does everyone jump to the conclusion that Hazama existed as a seperate entity that is being possesed/controlled by Terumi? It is true that at SOME point in he game Hazama appears before Rachel in that shapeless form and it is uncertain how appeared when he showed himself to the young Ragna and took away Jin. For all we know Terumi is simply a shape shifter and his "bodies" each have limited life, that's why he has many forms. And since Ouroboros is about rebirth, for all we know "Hazama" is his "real" body, he just alters it ever so much when he needs to. So little is known about Terumi/Hazama that it's a little annoying, I'm sorry but we don't even know WHY this guy is such a big threat to everything...So for the time being I'm calling it (I don't care what anyone says, until proven otherwise) Terumi = worst villain ever...

Umm..correct me if I'm wrong but... Why does everyone think Terumi and Hazama are two different people? How do we know this "Hazama" even existed? We know next to nothing about Terumi's powers or plans, for all we know he has been using the alias of "Hazama" to hold a high position within the NOL for his plans (sorta like Aizen from Bleach). Why is everyone jumping to the conclusion that "Terumi is possesing Hazama, ZOMG!" Also one thing that really puzzles me is in Noel's story when she encounters Jin, Hazama is with her and is apprealy nearly killed by Jin, yet not once did Jin acknowledge he was there, and this scene is played in reverse perspective and there's no indication of anyone else being there...

I picked it up day one and i must say I'm very pleased, this is a nice step up from Dark Ressurection. The new characters feel very fresh to the genre in general and blend nicely with the already established cast. The revisions to the older cast is nice aswell, Lili is my main and she felt like a new character with all her changes n.n As far as online is concerned I have yet to experince any problem, it runs smooth as butter for me (unless on the rare ocassion I encounter someone with red/orange ping) the only time there's lag is after the fights during the victory poses, but by then the parts that matter are over ^^ The way sceneario mode was handled wasn't exactly "new" for the Tekken series but what was implemented was for the most part good, honestly though they should've simplified the engine for this beat-em up mode as you can't hardcore fight 90% of the enemies. Also I heard this would be co-op yet haven't found a way to play it as such... My only complaint in no Online Team battles? WTF Bamco? But if you're into 3D fighters and/or a Tekken fan, 6 is deffinately worth checking out!

This makes me happ and sad al at the same time ; -; + Finally a 3!!! + New character/Arcana!! + Possibility of a PS3 port revived! - why is this still standard ratio (4:3)? - why aren't the sprites HD yet!? - WHY did they keep the artist from Sugoi on (and why does it look like my dear Heart has the SAME portrait?) Weiss is pretty cool looking and I'm guessing she's German, wonder what her story will be... Also what's with the new "Force" gauge? And the new HUD is a mixed bag for me...not sure if I like it or not yet.... EDIT: Also Akira let me have your children for being the first to bring up AH3 ^-^

Why is everyone saying that? I don't think Type Moon is just trying to make a quick buck on the series as they are heavily involved in this project (unlike others where they just lend out the rights to use the characters) both the scenario and character designs are from Type Moon, so if anything we should consider this the closest thing to a sequal we'll probably ever get of Fate/Stay Night (think of how Mai Otome is to Mai Hime). Now who wants to translate these scans?

What the hell is this? From what I can read (toddler lvl JPN) it's some kind of visual-novel/Action-RPG (with an emphasis on dungeon crawling) in which you can pick your own gender (both characters bearing the school design of original protagonist Shiro Emiya) and are in some alternate Holy Grail war in which the servants have received a re-mixed style (Burning Saber, Neo Lancer, and Orgasmic Rider---clearly those aren't their titles but those are the servants show in the screens, with Rider having the most drastic redesign and Lancer now being Rin's servant) and even some characters appear to get new looks (the man next to Rin is infact Shinji Mato o.o and yes he's still Rider's "master") It's for the PSP and is directly involved with Type-Moon so it’s more than a mere expansion in the franchise. Now discuss!

SIGN ME UP! This looks pretty cool, the character designs are nice and the sprites are pretty awesome, glad to see some new blood in the doujin world. The battle system looks pretty interesting aswell....and if it's free hell yeah! Can't wait to see more Thanks Hecatom for the heads up!

I am now.... MORE Hyped for this game then I've been in the past months! Alas I'm one of the few wo actually look forward to this, and after the abmoniation that was S!AH2 PS2 port, I hopt Examu makes an excellent port so I won't have to drive all the way to Austin just to play a working ver of their latest From what I've seen it looks very nice, I'm glad they decided to go with a 4-button setup versus AH 5-button setup. All the characters look cool and zany and it looks like they're trying to give Arc a run for their money, I don't want to be "that guy" but I am also highly interested in the story and partner relationships as they are much more personal then the Arcana in AH, hopefully Arcade UFO will have this day 1 and I can experience it myself.

500 years ago there was a mysterious occurrence and the sky was split in two and from that crack came two beings. One was a flying serpent with wings as black as the night and eight heads, it sought chaos and destruction, it was known as the Black Calamity. The other was a large bird engulfed in flames with a broken blade lunged in its beak, it wished only to stop the serpent and was known as the Fallen Savior. Guided by these two beings humanity waged a long and bloody war that was not its own, and just when the people were at their breaking point, a man rose up and put an end to this pointless conflict. Amy Cross: Height: Weight: Birthdate: May 14 Blood Type: Race: Human Hobbies: Tinkering with mechanical things (especially guns and motorcycles) Values: Her foster sister (Althena) Likes: Hot springs, fast food Dislikes: Non-Human entities, rules Personality: A bit stuck up and has a slight superiority complex, however she only uses these traits to intimidate people; she is actually quite timid and not good with meeting new people. She actually prefers to chase her sister’s shadow as she doesn’t have much ambition of her own; all she wants is a life free of authority. Backstory: A high ranking member of the Church of Soldats, an organization dedicated to keeping the “balance” of the world. She is sent to Silent City to capture a Gene Child known as the “Black Princess” who is believed to be the successor to the Black Calamity; however these orders are a personal request from her sister and have nothing to do with the Church. Appearance: Long, blonde hair in big curls. Red eyes. Wears something Gothic Lolita yet at the same time holy and church like, has a red and white palate. She uses the "Seven Hevens" in battle, which is a large cross that contains 7 weapons inside it (2 handguns, 1 shotgun, a gatling gun, rocket launcher, beam rifle, and a large blade). Swan Blackheart: Height: Weight: Birthdate: February 9 Blood Type: Race: Gene Child Hobbies: Practicing tea ceremonies Values: Her subordinate, Nigatsu Likes: Cats Dislikes: Raven, sour candy Personality: Cold and quiet, speaking only when needed and talking in as few words as possible. She holds a certain amount of dislike for just about everything and absolutely hates Raven, to the point that all her actions and motives are driven by the chance to do battle with her. She only shows compassion to Nigatsu and even her father is often given the cold shoulder. Backstory: She and Raven are twins, the only of their kind born this way, and for reasons unknown to everyone but herself she holds deep hatred for her sister. She does not care for the fate or outcome of the world; she merely follows her father because she knows it will lead to confrontations with her sister. Appearance: Long black hair that reaches her feet with two buns tied up to resemble cat ears. Blue eyes. Wears a white kimono (Japanese dress) with a red obi (sash) tied in a big bow. She uses a katana in battle (but fights Iaido style unlike her sister). Nigatsu: Height: Weight: Birthdate: February 29 Blood Type: Race: Nekomata Hobbies: Making costumes, practicing her ninjutsu Values: Swan Likes: Ice crème, those who obey Swan Dislikes: Those who disobey Swan Personality: Very childish and carefree, she goes through life with a smile on her face and joy in her heart. At first glance she can appear to be a bit ditzy and air headed, but more than once she has displayed great wisdom surpassing that of even Swan. Backstory: 4 years ago she was rescued by Swan and ever since then she has dedicated her entire being to her. She cares not for Kyosuke’s plans nor does she have any major enemies to confront, she simply obeys Swan and awaits her next meal. Appearance: Medium length silver/white or light brown hair with gold/yellow eyes. Has cat ears and tail. Wears a black gi (Japanese…shirt?) and other traditional ninja garb. Has tan skin. She fights with various "ninja tools' in battle. Gao Blackheart: Height: Weight: Birthdate: June 25 Blood Type: Race: Gene Child Hobbies: Training Values: A mysterious eye patch Likes: Meat dishes, alcohol Dislikes: Feeling weak Personality: Strong, bold, and caring, she is the model big sister; however her habits are not so admirable when she gets her hands on alcohol. She prefers to avoid pointless fights and hard work, but when she has no choice but to do something she gives it her all. She also has a bad habit of flirting with young girls, if anything she acts more like an old man than a woman in her 20s. Backstory: As the first “complete” Gene Child, Kyosuke expects a lot from her so she must constantly improve out of fear of being replaced. Along with Crowdia and Swan she is sent to capture Raven or kill her if she is a threat. Gao doesn’t like the idea of killing one of her own kind and she is quite attracted to Raven’s fighting spirit, just why does she serve her father so? Appearance: …Freestyle! (Honestly this is one of the characters I have no solid vision for yet) BUT she must have silver/white hair and she can be drawn to look bishounen (beautiful boy) rather than shoujo (girl). She fights with her fist in battle. Crowdia Blackheart: Height: Weight: Birthdate: September 19 Blood Type: Race: Gene Child Hobbies: Gardening Values: Her pet crow (Lulu), family Likes: Beautiful things Dislikes: Greasy and fowl dishes, violence Personality: Always polite and calm, she is the brains and keeps things under wraps in her little circle consisting of herself, Gao, and Swan. She really hates to fight and would much rather sit down and come to a peaceful resolution and no matter what she tries to keep an upbeat and cheerful demeanor. There is a bit of a narcissist in her however. Backstory: Along with Gao and Swan, she is tasked with capturing their rouge sister Raven but unlike her two companions she wishes to escort Raven back of her own free will. Her true goal is to reunite her family and live happily with them. Appearance: Long brown hair with blue eyes. Has large black wings (like an angel or crow). Wears something elegant and possibly European or in Gothic Lolita, with a blue palate in mind. She fights with a rose and crow in battle (by using magic she able to manipulate them into more dangerous shapes by summoning a storm of razor sharp rose petals or by turning the crow into a flying black dagger, just to name a few). Akage: Height: Weight: Birthdate: March 2 Blood Type: Race: Human Hobbies: Fishing, reading Values: Her red scarf, her Kitsune mask Likes: Kung Fu movies, experiencing new things Dislikes: Gao’s flirting Personality: Initially she can come off as cold and quiet, but that’s only because she doesn’t know how to interact well with others. She is kind and cares deeply for those she holds dear. She has a strong sense of justice and tries to avoid killing others; however she seldom gets to avoid it. Backstory: A kunoichi in the service of Kyosuke, however she only acknowledges Gao as her master and treat her words as law. She has been given the mission of observing Raven while she is in Silent City. Her personal mission is to deliver Raven to Gao and finally become the center of Gao’s attention. Appearance: Long/Medium length black hair with red eyes. Dresses in traditional ninja garb (red/black palate?). Wears a white fox mask and long red scarf. Has dark skin. She uses a kunai attached to a chain in battle. Kyosuke Blackheart: Height: Weight: Birthdate: August 12 Blood type: Race: Human Hobbies: His research Values: His children, Rossolyn Likes: Birds Dislikes: Ignorance, bugs Personality: A man who is always thinking, he has a superb poker face as his intentions are never clear until it’s too late. He can be a cold, calculating king or a warm, understanding father figure right before your eyes. He is a perfectionist and expects everyone to live up to his expectations, if they don’t he will simply “fixes” the problem. Backstory: The man who is most responsible for ending the last great war and creator of the Devil Gene, he is regarded as a hero and well liked among the people, however he is now trying to start another war and has declared humanity as his enemy. He plans to wipe out all human life and leave only his “children” behind, no one knows the cause of his sudden change in perspective. Appearance: Short/Medium length black hair with blue eyes. Wears a black business suit. He fights using a combination of martial arts and shadow summoning. Astrid Esrevni: Height: Weight: Birthdate: July 18 Blood Type: Race: Human? Hobbies: Teaching Values: Her creations, her master Likes: Discovery Dislikes: Ignorance Personality: A woman who cares for only two things, her research and her master. She is cruel and manipulative; she’ll do anything to finish an experiment and will not stand anyone getting in her way. Although she hides her cruel intentions well by acting like an innocent and caring teacher figure. Backstory: She is a servant to the Black Calamity, the force that nearly destroyed the world, who somehow avoided being sealed along with her master. She is now seeking away to free her master and thinks she has found a way but she must first capture the Gene Child known as the Black Princess. Seeing Kyosuke’s declaration of war, she sees this as the perfect time to take action. Appearance: Long red hair with green eyes. Wears something Chinese (perhaps a dress?). Has glasses? On a total opposite appearance and put her in something very simple like white shirt, blue jeans, and black jacket, without glasses. She uses a combination of martial arts and light summoning. Solomon Belmont: Height: Weight: Birthdate: January 30 Blood Type: Race: Vampire? Hobbies: Collecting antiques Values: His master Likes: Sweets Dislikes: His own existence Personality: A man who always manages to put on a smile but behind that smile is his hidden pain and hatred for himself and the world around him. He is often quiet and indifferent in all matters; however he can’t help but enjoy things whenever he is with Astrid. Backstory: Like Astrid he is a servant of the Black Calamity and is also seeking a way to revive it, aside from that he is pretty much just Astrid’s lackey Appearance: Short blonde (curly?) hair with blue eyes. Wears something elegant and European or Gothic Lolita. Has pale skin. Top hat (? If you can make it work). He fiights with various vampiric techniques. Vergillus Delacoix: Height: Weight: Birthdate: November 27 Blood Type: Race: Human Hobbies: Listening to opera Values: His daughter Likes: Earl grey tea Dislikes: Those who oppose the Church Personality: On the surface he is a carefree good-for-nothing but when he gets serious he proves to be quite a fearsome fighter that will always get his job done. He tries to show his former side as much as possible for he hates to fight but will if needed. He always tries to show compassion to everyone, even his enemies, but won’t be taken advantage of. Backstory: He is a high ranking member of the Church like Amy, however his mission is to observe her and make sure she’s not doing anything suspicious. He is also looking into the causes of this possible new war and if he can stop it from starting. Appearance: Long gray hair with green eyes. Wears something very Church like with a blue and white palate. He uses a large shield for both defense and offense. Zeagul: Height: Weight: Birthdate: December 4 Blood Type: UNKNOWN Race: Human? Hobbies: UNKNOWN Values: UNKNOWN Likes: UNKNOWN Dislikes: UNKNOWN Personality: A man who likes to remain mysterious, his habits and stories are always changing and you can never tell if what he says is true. Backstory: UNKNOWN Appearance: Short/Medium length hair (hair and eye color is up to you). I have no idea what he would wear; I guess whatever mysterious people wear… Has dark skin. He has control of nano-machines that allow him to make any weapon he wishes.

So I revised the story and began looking for some people to do the artwork. Well I finaly found some people and was like "YEAH" but you see deviantart has no text formating for its messaging system and what i'm about to post looks like hot mess that way. So I began looking around and was like "F it I don't want to have to sign up for anything and I have to get ready for work in about an hour' so I decided to totally abuse the powers of the forums but I couldn't think of anywhere to put it and I didn't want to be a bigger annoyance then I'm being right now by making a new thread.
