Anyways I've been trying to review Bullet footage again, I wonder how well her Drive (pre-Heat Up) will be good (if at all) or being an anti-air or beating holes in pressure, since the opponent should be within a close proximity.

How cool would it have been if Hyde was a respectable father character, it would've been cool to have the kid come out for certain win poses doing them with him like the old sprites with Terry and young Rock. None of the 3 cut characters really interest me, but maybe Londrekia can be re-tuned as a member of Licht Kries if we see future installments? (there seems to be this war going on in the story and even though 3 major factions are name dropped there are like way too many independents I think). Mercedes could've been an interesting character to watch simple because such a fighting style allows for alot of imagination.

If you're referencing this article it only has CP listed for Arcade. I doubt we'll be seeing the portable versions hit the same day as the console ports (simply due to the amount of reworking needed)

At the risk of facing Circ's wrath, in this post I screencap'd all the CGs, and that group is most likely Bullet's mercenary group due to their similar attire, also the guy in the forefront looks more gruff than Bang IMO (but the short man off to the left reminds me of Kliff lol)

Deus Ex Machina, if the big bads can use it, why can't we?

I've only seriously watched vids post patch, but maybe the word I should've used was "potentially", do we know the vitality values in UNiB yet (if not we will soon no doubt) but the goal for an optimal combo seems to be 4~6k which equates to 1/2 life-ish, so while Chain Shift doesn't allow the the stupid length of Marvel combos, if the opponent is on their game they can end the match by touching you twice (and of course there was that 9k Linne combo used in actual play lol -post patch-) Also just to be clear I didn't put characters in any particular order (I don't think Merkava is THE strongest, but I still think he's pretty silly) But yeah these are just some of my thoughts from my observations thus far, like I said I haven't been watching long and this game is still very young.

Oh I'm sorry, I forgot to put "word of God, absolute truth, FACT not opinion" at the end of my "tier list" Also for the one who asked earlier about my placements for Merkava and Linne, I put Merkava in high because he's just been a silly character in every match I've seen; good oki, stupid midscreen and corner combos, and a strike grab that can hit full screen (and diagonally) which puts him in your face and can be super canceled. Linne I think of as "mid" not to say that she is bad in any way but I just think her zaniness is more tamed than the ones I listed above her. In the end this game is very Marvel (3)ish in which it really doesn't matter how "good" or "bad" a character is, if they touch you they pretty much have the chance to end this, especially if the corner has anything to say about it (if Carmine can get you in the corner he's actually pretty lethal)

Oh I'm not worried about the whole clone/ripoff/copycat thing (the fighting game genre has been very inbreed from the start and KoF is full of proud copycats ' w') A FTP fighter sounds pretty cool and this game has lots of elements I think are pretty cool, too bad it doesn't look like I'll get a shot to play it .v. Also did they make a Vanessa clone yet!? Cause if they do, all of my (free) money!
