I'm sorry but I have to admit the more I play Blazblue or anything else, the more I wanna play Guilty Gear.

I agree on the timeout thing. The gameplay in CS2 seems to be more toward resets in combos/proration to make up for taking away the loldamage and lolreallylongcombos we've been dealing with. That sounds more fun to me than having the matches being hitconfirm practice...

Right now, I'm just enjoying the changes so far just because they are changes. Hopefully this makes playing seem less braindead for most characters, especially Ragna. I also like the 5B/5C being unblockable without barrier in the air. I'll try out everyone, and decide who I'll play as when the patch comes out. I'll stick as Rags most likely, regardless of nerfs, and hopefully I'll find a secondary to play as besides a crappy Tager.

Yeah buzzsaw, not cool. I'm the opposite type of what you just described. I'll pay up if I lost a money match, won't instigate, and know when I can be bodied. Which is always. I feel bad, seeing as I was only suggesting on how to make GG more full of hype. At least we're talking about it now in the open. And consistently losing means we're consistently learning also. This is how we should always roll. Equal respect for all communities and just having fun playing fighting games.

Well, crap. seeing as I haven't able to get to ANY gathering, I didn't know about this. I'm just tired of people saying that GG is dead only because no one tries to play it anymore. I'm just tired of SF4/SSF4, and many other things of the similar sort. GG is one of the games I know that is still legit.

Aren't we good enough already? We just have to be consistent with playing the game, which is one of the only obstacles we have.

The GG community should become the equivalent of Marvel community for air-dashers. We gotta be hella hype for everything. Crazy money matches and runbacks everywhere. Trash talk that becomes legendary, too.

So, I'm trying to figure out how to actually do blockstrings. But most of the time the other player will get the jump on me and I'll be the one who has to block. Happens in all fighting games I play. And is 5A, 2A, 5B, and 2B good things to use for hitconfirm?
