uhm you see the joke is that one of the players (pisces) plays exclusively online and the other player (me) plays offline and was just trolling the shit out of him. it also helps that pisces is known for being an incessant shit talker and general poop head. ps if that was offline that match would have been over in 30 seconds.

depends on the combo. to do j.2C land 2C whatever, you want to hit them near the center of their falling hitbox (think clean hit sidewinder). the timing varies between characters, but that's where you're aiming. to do j.2C land 5C xx 5C, you want to do it as low as possible- pretty much right before they can tech.

is there a decent opengl plugin for nulldc? because otherwise i don't think this is happening for me. also, allowing Z axis to be used as a button is pretty damn important. a lot of us have hraps and don't want to swap buttons just to play on an emulator.

i actually prefer tekken 6, but only because you can block as you tech. otherwise, rage mode, "bound" (aka we totally didn't steal this from vf), and the rest of that can go to hell.

it's probably to help with timing the 5C to hit meaty. also, it can make setups that are otherwise easy to react to a little bit stronger by throwing off your opponent's reaction as well as by hiding your inputs if you wanna do a special or super (this is something that's been done in a lot of games over the years, but most notably kof). i wouldn't worry about it too much though; it's probably just something that particular player does to help him do his thing.
