They nerfed it from the loke tests -- I've been hit out of it many times trying to test for reversal: It has startup, and the 1-2 wind versions have so much of that it's not so useful. Plus you don't get to pressure at all after from those. The 3-4 wind versions are usable in roughly the same situations as cat chair.

You sure that is Matsu? The name on the video definitely isn't Matsu. edit: silly me, i only had seen the first match when i posted that. the name starting with the second match IS matsu. Holy shit that combo from j.3dc using pumpkin was HOT. I figured it was possible but never really got the chance to land it. (j.3dc 236a 6d dash 5b ~)

You can't "whiff cancel" j.2c with air iris cause it's no longer special-cancellable. Speaking of j.2c, I've noticed it is losing to a lot of moves air-to-air and air-to-ground that it didn't used to lose to in CT. I'm pretty sure they nerfed it's hitboxes.

I think B lobelia may have a bit longer hitstun in CS compared to CT. If you started from something other than 5b, call that 3k dmg or less instead of 4k.

Probably, but would it be worth wasting wind for a couple more hits? Especially when it prorated what, 86% in CT? I'm sure it didn't get any better in CS.

Those videos just made me more depressed. The Rachel's opponents were absolutely TERRIBLE... They couldn't even land a single full combo ever (aside from the final Ragna's 5b 5c 214a 214d!) and were bad at BB in general. That said, why wasn't that in the video posting thread edit: lol combo notation

There is a small chance I might be able to show up tonight after stuff with my relatives in Sherman Oaks winds down.

Her best combo damage probably starts with a lvl 3 j.2c fatal counter with 3 poles set up, land BBL, 236a 4d BBL frog combo into frog w/ putting out a pole, set off pole air combo. You might even be able to do some slightly special combos after the frog due to the FC extra 2 frames untechable time. It might even be better to bypass the frog all together and do some undiscovered FC air loop. Too bad nobody cares about Rachel anymore so nothing gets discovered. I bet that begins to approach 5k! To bad it will never happen in a match. Ever. Not kidding, it won't happen a single time.

How could you delay the 236a? It's a cancel, so that's your chance to do it -- then you have to wait until the j.2c full recovers from landing.

If you are talking about 9 wind it goes full screen IN THE AIR, lol. It would pass WAY above Carl :P

In CT the projectiles hit nirvana then remain active and maintain their trajectory so they would hit Carl too. The above thing will be useless cause the projectiles bounce back towards Rachel after hitting Nirvana and thus won't be anywhere near Carl.

That has to do with how hard it is for Rachel to start a ground combo on an opponent in this game. If you meant air stuff with RC gimmicks ok I'll try to remember but the damage definitely won't be worth it.

BBL has a bunch more startup than 214c, due to the drastically decreased hitstun of 6b CH in BB:CS, I doubt it will work. I will try it out next chance i get though.

H.H seems to be the only one still maining Rachel that I've heard anything from -- the others who still touch her at all either alt her or just mess around occasionally. For the most part they have dropped her completely. @Moogster: H.H is a famous Dizzy and Rachel player.
