in mid screen combos, generally you want to 8Jc..off throw 9jc and in corner on the left side 7jc or 8jc flip directions for the right side(obviously)...

It's not that I wasn't blocking it (well sometimes) but most of the time when he hit me with it..i was trying to CH him out of the move, which is a very bad idea as opposed to blocking it.....

On the ground or off low combo, you have to jump install and do the frc6 faster than in a TK..

I think Nakamura's play style is strongest too...well at least he does the coolest mixups...i dunno, I wouldn't call him the weakest millia player..

I-no is not meant to be played defensively and you shouldn't play her that way until your opponent forces you to block...poking is also out of the question...her "pokes" tend lose to alot of stuff...what you should be doing is focusing on getting that knockdown ...use 2d to hcl and stbt to end strings alot like 2k 2s 2d hcl or dash jh (whiff) 2k 2s stbt(s) to bait for those CH's... her ground throw is sometimes landed off wake up and sometimes of STBH (h)frc...and then frc'd to combo..as for her air throw..its something you have to set up and be good at predicting...like ending air strings with s-dive then landing and doing J.4H into the corner and you have to kinda see where the opponent is going to tech...hitting the throw involves mind game with your opponent... AND YOU HAVE TO CARE ABOUT THE FRC'S!!! with out them, I-no is extremely limited and not much of a threat...playing i-no without frc =

another question After teching out of something...how often should I use IAD s.dive..sometimes i see it work and then you can follow it up if it hits into a combo like (5p 5k hcl etc....or 5p 5k jc j.p j.s k-dive or d-dive) but then again, if you opponent anticipates this and IB's the s-dive then you are in trouble and you are usually going to eat a combo or get KD'd.. also certain moves can punish it on regular block (ex. chipp's beta-blade) so how should it be used? only after sj on wakeup then dash s-dive for a surprise or should i try this everytime i tech out of something or they drop a combo

When I mod my HFS3 to play on my PS2 or buy a new stick all together cause I can't bother with the hassle...and I actually get to practice my move notations...then I will do that...At CTF, that was pretty much my first times playing GG on stick...or any fighting game for that matter.... I played some Tekken 5 at another arcade before, but that was along time ago and tekken is considerably easier to pick up on stick... oh and I meant dirty in a good way:keke:

lol...wow...so that was the infamous mynus ...I was the tall guy in the black timberland jacket and unshaven and hair in a mess...I need a hair cut... the sticks eh? no wonder he dropped so much combos... I didn't want to play cause i don't know how to use stick...are you the eddie player?? I think I played you and got owned...LOL...I mean i was trying to practice her dash, notes and stuff...HCL does not come out for crap

her air combos depend on the character but I find that J. K J.D adc works on most of the cast if not every one,and it leads to longer combos than J.k j.s J.H (excluding relaunches) so i favor j.k j.d.. but as long as your combo end in knockdown, H-disc or KD fb -disc to set up another mixup you can use which ever is easier for you...at first i had trouble with j.k j.d adc too and yes there is a special pause for the J.d to connect, you have immediately press j.k after the launch then slight delay d, not right away cause it will whiff... I find that the case with millia's air j.k j.d adc.. is that the speed at which you press j.k then j.d adc depends on the height(if you did a prior j.k j.d) and the time in which you ADC.. On a side note, I did this tricky combo j. s-pin,(slight delay), Iad j.k j.s 2H j.k j.d adc j.k j.d adc j.h 236p. Landing the 2H after j.s and getting it to combo and not whiff is a weird timing its tricky...

What I love about her (besides her look) are her HCL AD VCL combos and mixup game..

from what I've seen though ff VCL is not safe unless frc'd cause it can be punished since they toned down VCL in AC.. in slash it was godly and could be spammed...but in AC, in High level matches, i usually see it frc'd into 2k for another oki mixup..and does VCL 66 cross up in AC?? i thought it only did that in slash??
