I don't know, but if you get crossed up, you have to do a gatling in the direction your character is facing and not in the direction of the opponent. So if you do 5C and want to gatling into 3C and they go behind you while you're still whiffing 5C you have to do 1C and it will turn you around and do 3C towards the opponent.

Well, I set the training dummy in CS2 to not emergency tech and I was able to hit him before he could normal tech, so that's why I thought it would work. And actually, if the frame data is the same for move startup, Cavalier is actually faster than Sickle Storm. I think you can still do double cavalier or double 6C in a combo, just not both in the same combo.

Most arcade sticks are square gate and gety has a square gate. What I recommend, if you want to minimize required modding, is to get a QANBA stick. I have one that's compatible with PS3 and PC (the triple modded ones were out of stock at the time and there was only ONE LEFT for the kind that I got so I jumped at the opportunity) and I haven't needed to open it up once. It has Sanwa stick and buttons.

So, I'm starting to think this match-up isn't so bad anymore because if they like to use empty snakes a lot to get around, you can just act parser under them and punish them pretty easily. It shuts down their long range pressure so hard if you just wait for them to come to you then act parser under them. Basically any time they don't tag your block with a snake, it's a chance to punish them.

You're reading how BB determines what connection number you get with another player. The number that gets shown is only based on distance. That doesn't mean distance and internet quality don't both have a hand in having a good connection, I'm just saying what BB shows you, and all it shows you is distance. I have had personal experience in this, as well. I've had some level 0s actually have a decent connection to me and some level 3s were garbage. Level 4s for me are so rare though and they're usually the best connections, but there are other players I've played that said their level 4s were garbage. That's why it's so weird that roldy would have a 0 or 1 connection with someone from Toronto if he's already in Toronto.

What I mean is, you can still have a good connection even if it's a lower number. If he's in Toronto and I'm in Toronto, it should ALWAYS be level 4, even if our internet quality is garbage and we have tons of delay. Being closer just means it's less likely to have lag.

Yeah, I know that happens a lot, which is why I always set my entry connection to zero. That way the people who know they have good connection with me can join instantly, like you did. lol @Roldy: The bars measure distance though, not ping. There's no way it should show as a 1 unless something is fucked.
