  1. I know this is probably double posting but whatever. I believe this weekend is when the next CSX loctest is open to the public so for those who wants to scavenge for more info this will be the opportunity to do so. Just a reminder.

  3. If Lambda does 236236D there is no reason to stand there to take it let alone fire missiles. High jump swallow moon or high jump IAD in. Edit: I always imagined if you mystic momo all 3 install missiles it would hit lambda but that's just mere speculation.

  5. That will always be applicable. Frog is annoying I normally spend my time trying to find ways to make it go to waste.
  6. Hmm I just wait for 2B/5B start up when I CA when blocking the frog so I was never successfully punished for CA'ing in that situation.
  7. 1. If you see rachel jump 2ding and it's empty you can actually jump out, you don't have to wait and block on a jump, 2C also works on occasion as well since its a clutch anti air and can go under quite a few attacks, but alas 2C is not safe on block and your best routes are even more unsafe. 2. If you see Rachel using any type of mix up while your blocking frog then CA since its more than likely hit her before she can recover. just want to chime in since I fought a lot of Rachel with Plat.
  8. Scrubs will always hate Tager that is law. Thank you for making that changes list TT, you could have made a thread dedicated to this discussion lest that list will be drowned in discussion.

  10. Practice combos and play the game. Practice something easy and learn how to confirm off of it. When you go to the gathering play the players and play them as much as you can. Have fun and enjoy yourself, remember you won't get too far if you are not passionate about improving. Take everything one step at a time this is important because a lot of lower level or new players want to practice the hard stuff or the stuff they shouldn't learn and it just doesn't help them no matter how flashy it is. Block, learn how to block. Visit dustloop and check out the combo section, ask questions if you don't understand something, the mods are willing to help you and so are the rest of the posters.
  11. But new combo rate=new combos to play with. I do want a new move. Like Tager putting a magnetic field around himself and pulling you in magnetized or not...something gimmicky but useful or maybe you know...CT damage.

  14. Charge Bsledge was a troll change so I am not surprised. If B sledge was 25F and fully charge Bsledge was the current start up as our sledge now, it would be amazing.
  15. I always wanted to be Plat mod but I'd be like Pulsr except bigger write ups. My goal of keeping the weeaboo's down will be a go.

  18. 6C>follow up loses to 5C/2C. There is no safe way to approach plat, just walk forward and IB, you can actually j.C over the 3C and can close in like that. I hope this helped. Also Trajik used quick get up heart car. Blow him up please. Tell him Axis sent ya.
  19. I forgot to say last night that Lambda and Litchi have been updated. @ Astaroth: An amazingly lol Tager.
  20. Oh Solar<3 Like all of Plats match ups it depends on how well you can use your items. The match up feels like its in Plats favor...slightly. Pinning Mu down without those items isn't too much of a problem. Mystic momo is useful for hitting her for setting them in the air and swallow moon makes it easier to move around as well. Missiles are there to punish her for setting steins or make her want to move away sometimes back herself into a corner. Bombs are there to defeat chicken blocking and cat hammer is used to punish her for not sitting still. Everything is supplement mix up or help you get out. Everything else is pretty straight forward, 2C is more than enough to punish her j.C, 6A is useful as well. Your go to pokes should be 5A/2B/3C/J.C...these are all the pokes you need. You can IB punish 3C/SoD/6C. Steins should be IB'd whenever you can, thus making approaching far easier. Explosion start-up (Mu's start up mind you) should be heart car'd in some but not all situations. Hell I go as far as to say heart car ruins things for her...unless she is playing it safe and never in the range for it. It feels way easier than Lambda...by far.
  21. I used to fight a lot of Mu and I could make a wall of text explaining how you win but I am gonna summarize it as this: Missles, Bombs, and Cat hammers are the items you want for this fight. Hammer makes getting in or running away easier with the fast fall. Pulsr is right, 2B the crap out of Mu, just do it. 5A pressure as usual since Mu's DP is not air unblockable. J.C is good... Heart car her.
  22. You made a mistake. You should have heart car'd.
  23. It's just a preference thing. I only waste my time on it unless I land a good starter.
  24. Because you should do whats easier. Also in some cases the proration is so bad its not worth the 200 extra damage.
