Oh mad late response I wanted to ask if there was a video for these combos because i keep trying them but I don't get how they work. especially off of OHK midscreen the 6HS hits too late and they tech or they get hit but I can't dolphin because of the recovery. unless the notation is wrong I am confused. Also despite the guide telling me I don't understand exactly what JI does and how to do it. Edit: I understand how jump install works never mind about that.

They don't have to tech at all but it gives us a free way in which is why its so good. I didn't really use it in CS1 but I do recall spark>5C/2C>colliderx2>6B>2C>colliderx2>6B to make them tech. problem with this was we didn't get to do 6B>2C 2 times in that combo regardless.

I notice in Akira's vids you can do: Spark>colliderx2>6B>2C>colliderx2>6B>2C>collider which makes them air tech! perhaps we can have a little fun with this. Oh another combo ending option! Magnetized 6C>2D>5B>4D. Maybe off a corner 6C hit we can do 6C>2D>2B>2C>collider>ender. 2D has really great p2 so I see some potential in this.

Tager has a lot of worse match ups but Hazama isn't horrible he is just annoying. Bad match ups would def be Litchi and Bang...Mu too I guess. If you ask for worse match in the game then assume Tager is part of it. -

Everything you can do to Tao is risky at mid/full screen. Ragna has to force Tao to block something and keep momentum the entire fight. Don't get me wrong this is normally Ragna's game plan for most matches but for characters with high mobility it becomes much harder to do. Another issue is that Tao has a easy mashable poke which is 2A. Fuck 2A and fuck every Tao who abuses it, it makes Ragna's pressure look like a joke and it gives Tao a health lead. tl;dr: Ragna is a cat with a bat, Tao is a mouse with a car. -

CS2 Tager frame data: In the gatlings section you have 2C listed twice at the top of the table and 2D isn't listed.

That is an okay question. It doesn't work on every character but it does work on: Jin, Ragna, Bang, Haku-men, Litchi, Tager, Rachel, and Arakune. JBBS says it works on Hazama but its hard as landing it on Jin. To make it land on Jin you have to do it perfectly. Edit: The only thing that really matters to me is the 4th P2. that 40% or 68%. When I get a chance to mess with CS2 I will test more things out.

I play Tager because...I seriously don't know why. I pick Ragna when I have to fight hard match ups like Arakune and Litchi. (some cases.) -
No the P2 matters. You can literally do more off 360B than 360A not counting base damage.

You forgot: Ragna can ID through it. Noel can 4D it. Bang can Daifunka it. Haku can D through it. Tager can backdash through it. Now for the updates: Taokaka, Rachel, Ragna, Lambda, Valk, Tsubaki, and Noel.

Combo wise slightly worse. You are gonna rely a bit more on 360s for optimal damage.

Well from what I observe a lot of Tagers player problems stem from: Being incredibly gimmicky. Having poor defense. Not being patient. Having really bad habits. These all can be fixed with time IF you sit down and figure out what you did you wrong. Simple but not simple solutions are: Stop using gimmicks every time, if you are tempted to use 6C>j.D>land collider reset and you KNOW they will not tech or neutral tech and curb stomp you then don't do it. Defense is another thing to improve on...sadly I am not sure how I got this down, sorry. Patience is another thing that can be fixed just wait, you will always have your chance. Just block and advance forward, you got 99 seconds you will always have a chance, you only need one to win. Bad habits like ALWAYS mashing 720 when hit isn't something you should do, getting hit and churning butter is amazing though. Another thing thats bad is 5D>Bsledge, horrible string...5D by itself is enough. You can honestly throw it out and a lot of characters wouldn't know what to do. TL:DR. Stop being netplay. Oh and post can be so so wrong. -
Surprisingly A lot of characters have ways to beat spark. Some can just beat it with High jump. I only like sparking at mid range or during a combo lol.
