  4. tager vs jin is even? whoa! my mind is blown. it feels like its in jin's favor, I mean he can space tager and run away, he has 4 DP's, and he doesn't have to do anything really risky to do damage. am I underestimating my main!? someone explain!? my opinion of tsubaki vs tager. tsubaki goes blind and tager mash 720's.
  5. ugh. concerning haku-men's counter. yeah its something we should know but don't really do because: A. situational as all fuck. B. not very viable at all. for the case of haku-mens counter you can only jump out if your jumping away and or if they are far away because 6A extends your hitbox or your too fat to get away, also if he j.D's you have to commit to something, I will tell you something else you may not know, when haku lands a counter he is safe, I mean he is at even when its triggered so in the case of MTW, he can actually do 6D>6D and it will beat MTW, sure you can spend 100 heat but it won't matter if he's already in your face. (haku's counter grab you out of the air!) also smart haku's will not yukikaze a MTW, they may counter it twice for you doing it. here's a trip...if haku does a counter on your 6A and you know he's gonna do it you can buffer a 720 and it will whiff and 9/10 he will get grabbed because he thought he had you.

I laughed at that too, I'm like tagers 5A is probably the best poke to use right now. don't be surprised every tager I fought tells me I flip everything upside down...as you see nothing is safe and everything can be beaten. just to let you know that one round when I did that 720 when we was standing around doing nothing, I did 2A 720. later on down the line I tried to do 5A 720 but I messed it up by 5A hitting you making me jump cancel...I was sad. still I lol'd.

  8. oh I said thanks for the games lol. I couldn't hear you on the mic. amazing that europe has a decent connection with michigan, after awhile I was able to do j.C whiff combo's. you felt really uncomfortable playing, like you almost didn't know what to do so you tried what you could and hoped it worked.

  9. man its so much to say, your way too passive...you gotta learn to AA tager, 2C if he's close above and collider if he's a bit too far. never high jump in on tager, the reason why I was able to get in on you easily was because you didn't space a poke right or you didn't AA me, you gotta learn how to punish things, a CH 5C normally links into 6C but because of the 2-3F of lag it was sketchy trying it...it was tricky punishing because of it. look for 720's, you cannot react to them because your not allowed to make inputs during super freeze. also don't always buffer a 720 while your getting hit...100 heat with MTW although more wasteful is much less risky. I think I said enough for now. p.s: my mic works but I don't have the female port for my stick since my last mic broke inside of it.

  12. your play overall was good but I have a few things to nitpick about. when you use 6A you can jump cancel it, its very useful especially if they don't have a DP...use it from time to time. you can delay your pokes which messes up things for your opponent, a good time to use it was when bang tried to jump out and you were mashing 5A, you could have did 5A 5A 5A delay 5A tick grab and he would have fell into it. another thing don't bother optimizing damage with a corner 360B if you don't have a spark or MTW, focus more on oki. 5C>6A after spark after aboutt 7 or 8 hits allows your opponent to imediately tech, which means if they are magnetized you get a collider... you autopiloted pressure quite a bit and you tried to tick grab way too much, try applying some pressure a bit, when you fought bang I can tell you were trying to end it quick which is all good and what not but because you wasn't watching him IB or waiting for that drive you ate hits that wasn't necessary. against noel if she is drive mashing and 6B passed by then she only has 2 things she can do while in drive: spring raid and assault through, you can pretty much sledge through everything else, another thing 4D kills noel...shit isn't funny, if she is magnetized do it, she has very few answers to it. stop doing really unsafe stuff...you know what it is...right? p.s: your solid and we love you.

I am not joking when I say this: block the overheads and IB stuff you know you can punish.(you can IB j.C and 360A/B him before 5A comes out.) if he uses nail pressure than IB it so you can at least get a chance at a punish. if you did well in this match in CT then imagine that he's safer and will get damage off of everything. last thing he can get 2-3 seals off a combo...and if he gets 4 seals then your liable to deal with FRKZ...if he goes into FRKZ then either lose or get lucky. FRKZ sucks...why? not effected by magnetism and he has cross-ups that japan can't beat. bad match up is bad.
  14. yeah but thats why I said use 5A/6A. it stops all that stuff, besides AC is riskier than it ever should be in this match.
  15. ugh if your not doing drugs then when your finished with this match up you will wish you have. things you do: walk, IB, capitalize on an opening,(very few openings.) dont get hit, and save your spark things you don't do: get hit, get cornered, not respect the DP, normal jump without applying some kind of pressure, not block overheads. I am gonna break down all the things you need to look out for and why. overheads: 6A: her most used overhead, she can do 4k from it like most her pokes and with the staff it can go half screen...yes hate this move, your gonna see it a lot...IB it so you can punish this move regardless of distance...if you don't IB it then you better be close and churning butter. 4D: this move is...safe, she can jump cancel it so your better off backdashing to punish it in most cases, if you block it then your gonna be pressured even more, if you get hit 4k...haha yeah. j.B/j.C: j.b is a threat only when she has 50 heat or your health is low...then you ask why. oh ho you wanna know? because it hits you while your ducking and its a 14F overhead a really fast overhead that will do 4k if litchi has 50 heat. j.C is a overhead and if you fuck up a AA then you wall bounce into stupidity. don't think you can backdash/IB punish these either..she has no landing recovery so your not gonna punish unless she commits to something when she lands which she won't because she doesn't have to. note: j.b is only a 14F overhead if she is doing it as she's rising from the jump thus its a rising j.b. 5A/2A: these aren't so bad but they can lead into pressure or that dreaded rising j.b overhead...its scary when litchi does 5AxN. j.A: it stuffs your jump in's really well because of its hitbox which is above her, don't expect big damage from it but its a way of keeping you out. 3C with staff or 3C[M]: it hits pretty far and if you get hit then you gave her 4k into stupid. 6D: safe and annoying and goes into stance...why is stance bad? read below. stance: I fucking hate it, you will hate it and probably ragequit because its the most antagonizing trap in this match up. why? it eats spark, its immune to the pull, she can hit you low or AA you, and if you try to sledge she can wait until right after its active frames are done and punish you, and she can cancel it and jump away and if your not careful she will punish you for trying to punish...yes stance is that bad, and she can do it anywhere and at anytime. so if you see the stance and your not blocking low or jumping barrier it then your gonna again eat 4k into death. note: dumb litchi's shoot staff early, smart litchi's don't...if you want to punish her for throwing out the staff because its a projectile so you can sledge it, also she is vulnerable to lows...you know what that means right? 2C: with and without staff it hurts if she decides to AA you and its also one of her possible starters at the beginning of the round. how bad is it? not too bad if you perfectly bait it with an elbow, also it punishes your normal jump easily so don't try to jump in on litchi too much, it leads into a whopping 5.8k I believe. her DD's: normally after a litchi combo she does 13 orphans or Daisharin. anyways your gonna have a lot of hell with these...block them in these cases and block the mix up, either way she doesn't have staff so block low and react to the overhead and watch where the stick is because she can tick grab you or hit you with j.b. note: if you get hit then she is gonna run this train on you again until you die. another thing if litchi is really close to you when she does 13 orphans you can quick get up 720 her. what you can do: not much, just standard tager protocol but I will call you out on these: if you have spark and the staff is near you, don't shoot it, she can press D and hit you out of start up. if she is doing Shishin (move when the staff spins in toward you or up.) IB it it, your gonna die for sledging against good ones and your gonna die getting hit by it. keep her close, she has a command backdash which is pretty much her air backdash, it can go through spark. (happened to me once or twice.) but if you time it right it shouldn't matter much anyways. (no one but tager should be backdashing to avoid spark.) when you knock her down don't fear the DP she won't use it unless your really close. I found that 6A works a lot when it comes to punishing her. NEW!!! Your Optimal damage combo in this match should be: After first collider: walk Bsledge>2B>2C>collider>B/Egadget. You can actually IB punish Litchi's ground pressure, Learn which moves are jump cancelable on block so you can pick a time to punish. anyways I'm done here. if you wanna add something to it guys feel free to.

  18. I said the combo copletely wrong...I seriously need more pot. I meant B+C>bsledge>5C>6A>collider>B/Egadget I wanna make note this morning I woke up in sheer agony...yes I woke up and my walls was bleeding.
  19. 1. the reason they don't reinforce those rules so hard because people might either be ignorant or new and banning them or infracting them wouldn't be fair unless they understand why and even then thats just mean, also trolling is somewhat acceptable if its not malicious or just plain retarded.(reference is the loctest discussion thread when I snapped on FU, moving on.)your making it sound like they should be playing uncle hardass and ban and infract people when they do something stupid, hey some people get stupid, happens to all of us. 2. they don't need more mods, as far as I'm concerned the mods are active and the ones who don't look active might be lurking anyways. (TGS for example rarely ever posts and I don't see him on but he can be lurking and not signed on anyways.) hell some mods don't even post in the character forums much. (Xie, Bjholmes etc tc.) but they are active enough to take care of things every now and then. seriously don't see a reason to add more unless you want DL to have mod influence 24/7. 3. that would take forever and it would be so much shit to sort...no one would want to do it unless your tolerant or bored, and besides SJ already said that the stuff in the archive is liable to be deleted because there will eventually be too much stuff on DL. (example is when SJ deleted most of BBG, and Shtkn made that notice about the post limit blabla bla.) and about misinformation people shouldn't get infracted because they don't know unless they continue to be ignorant...if they want to get better at the game then they just need to stop posting and read and if they have a question ask, never be afraid to ask, I don't care how dumb the question is, it can be "how do I punish ice car on block?" " "whats a RC?" thats the problem with some newbies, they just don't know, come here posting like they know everything and either: A. they get ignored or B. they get rolled on. I know this because I was new and very ignorant, now I'm kinda not stupid or whatever.
  20. yeah I do...sometimes, its the best way to punish it outside of a early 5C/4D/near full screen spark.

  22. another thing, I believe you get more heat off a normal grab BnB. B+C>>bsledge>5C>6A>collider>B/Egadget or a normal combo ender: 6C>5D/j.D, 2D. than you do off a 360A/B combo. (test it when I get home from laundromat.)
