    Uh well Pat, I don't really have that many runes, but IDC, I'll try any gimmick to get quick IP! I only have Cooldown, mana regen, crit, Magic pen, and the +32 HP quints currently. Sadly my cooldown runes are the cheap ones and not flat...

    I've read this hmanga (or was it a hdoujin, I don't remember).... It's pretty funny (and hot). Good picture. It's nice to know that that ranked will be in 4:3 ratio, though tbh, I'll probably almost never touch netlplay unless it's against EC people.

    Also IB still grants meter, so you can still do dead angles. The IB nerf probably is an incentive to use more dead angles
