depends on the version of the game. Sion isn't top tier anymore, but she's not bad. Most of the characters are pretty balanced and there is usually a nice diverse cast at each tournament.

I dunno it's kind of dying down here due to people just pointing at it saying that it looks cool, and then don't try to get into it or even try the game at all... Too scared to what people might think of them for playing a game that isn't SSFIV :V
