Yeah, no one here plays fighting games at a competitive level anymore. Arizona is turning into a competition wasteland for our beloved anime fighters.

HoN won't be there, but there will be Dota 2, LoL, SC2, SSF4 AE, Some kind of smash, not sure which, and I'll be putting together whatever poverty fighters we want. What do you guys want to play? Blaz is pretty much guaranteed, though. I can do melty as well, since that will get that large subset of people, and Arcana will probably just be a side thing.

Hey guys! So we're going to be having a BB/AH3(doubtful)/MB and a bunch of other games in Tucson for a tournament on the 28th of April! =D This will be through the University of Arizona eSports team and I'd like for you guys to show up to show them that it isn't just me when it comes to these games. =D Street Fighter, Marvel, SC2, LoL etc are also going to be there, so yeah. Tons of stuff to do! =D

I play Ange and Rosa right now..... but as soon as Bernkastel and Lambdadelta are out, I'll take the game a bit more seriously.

Now I'll just wait for Bernkastel before I play. ^_^

Are you hitting on me? Because I'd be down. Also, I'm in Tucson and have Arcana Heart 3 for PS3. And as for Scharl, she's really good. She only has like, 2 arcana choices, though. Plant Scharl will be the bane of your existence if you aren't patient. As for Fenrir; it's really really bad. The ground in Arcana is hot lava so you should be in the air anyway. If you see her do the super, respond with 8D or 9D to fly into the air to prevent getting hit by it. If you're on the ground, super jump and then fly. If you don't respond and simply block, you'll get hit by it. But if you want, you can use 4D to use the invincibility on that to dodge the attack. We should play sometime. I'll teach you how to play. ^_^

That sounds amazing and I'm going to have to try it. Plat just feels like such a trollsy character and I love it. ^_^

basic stuff: 5A beats is 5C, so dashing 5A is a great choice if you think he'll 5C (unless he 5Ds). 5B is amazing here. For wakeup, swallow moon oki does exceptionally well. If he zones, pogo through it.

Hey guys. Do we have oki setups up in this bitch based on her items? =D I found one that isn't that great, but it's useful. With Bombs: tk.4D land 41236D if you time it right and they respect you on wake up (key word. They have to respect) the command throw is green and if they poke, they get CH by bomb. Loses to DP only as far as I can tell once you've set it up. Works in the corner on neutral techs. That's where the respect is needed.

Mmkay, because as I was practicing it, the opponent was always able to tech before the last 6A at the end after j.C. I think I landed the whole thing once after an hour of grinding. Might try one of the easier derivatives. Isn't this combo character specific as well? EDIT: Thanks! That 6A 6C 22C derivative is much easier to do on more of the cast. Got it down to muscle memory after about 10-15minutes. Thanks! =D

And now I'm going to ask another random question about this combo: In corner: 5C 236B 5C 2C 214C 6C 22C 6A 22C 6A 6C j.236C j.C 6A 236B What difficulty would you rate this combo in her bnb repertoire? How neccessary is it?

Question! Why do we end combos in mami circular instead of her air strings > 236Axx? More damage? Better oki? Just curious. ^_^

Why not go Guilty Gear and just break everyone? I mean, I don't mind CS1 Litchi or CT Rachel or Arakune and I don't mind CT v-13. I didn't mind CS2 Makoto or Noel. My issue is that only 2-3 of the characters were ever played, and everyone else was bad. Make everyone really good, and I won't care.
