I'm only going to play Blaz when platinum comes out. She's mai waifu. Also, I've only been playing FFT:WotL and AH3 recently. I have Pokemon but I still haven't even touched it yet. FFT too good.

Arcana heart 3 sooo good. Playing Dorothy. Got a 9.2k damage combo off 5B without super, EF or homing. Hot shit.

Yeah.... She's my main now too. I can pressure, combo and approach better with her than I can my other "mains" so I use her the most. I can clearly feel the difference in difficulty to use, though. Thinking of ACTUALLY picking up Yukari. I loved her in IaMP.

I've picked up a terribad character for Soku: Alice. She's soooo freaking bad. Loss of her IaMP j.A really really hurts her oki game and her range for auto f.5A is terrible. Where f.5A would normally be able to hit, the game interprets it as perfect range for c.5A, except c.5A will whiff. At that range, the only thing she can do is 2A, which is slow as fuck. Best way to deal with it is to use coins. =/

Hisoutensoku has better netplay than BBCS. Let's play that.

Of course I'm getting AH3. Of all the people we hang out with, I would be the most likely to get AH3. xD

Dusk, let me rephrase. They wakeup throw like it's Guilty Gear, when they're getting up. I could understand a throw during oki as a mixup, but that isn't the case. And to clarify, I'm not falling for it, so that isn't the issue. And by dead spike, I don't mean properly placed ones. I don't know Ragna's inputs but they'll try bad things. I wish I could explain it better but it's quite difficult. Also, LK. I heard Garu called you free at EVO last year. Damn. I should play Melty more.

LK, I read the posts about risk/reward, and I understand this concept (MBAC Aoko), but would you say that using unsafe moves is a good idea? Example: Ragna's Dead Spike in a block string, Makoto's 3C in a blockstring, Wake-up throw, etc... These things are very obvious to see coming and can be beaten out by 5A, backdash or what have you. I don't believe they are worth the risk, and I tell the community here that when I'm critiquing play and trying to help but all I hear is "It worked" or "Kaqn does it." I don't think they understand the difference between play level and what may "work" might not be good. Your thoughts?

What happened?

Mmkay. I'm a huge NIS fanboy, so I own it, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to play that next, or if I wanted to continue playing Rorona. Also, Neptunia looks sick, and I can't wait for PB:THT for PSP. I love that series so freaking much. Much better than Disgaea.

Also, if you're saying all disc two of Xenogears is story, then I most definitely need that disc. All Xenosaga is is story. The entire series is a giant cutscene with a dungeon every now and then. I mainly play games for stories if it's an RPG, so I don't really care if the gameplay is non-existent. The story is beyond epic, however. Note: This is why I liked Final Fantasy XIII and why I don't usually like games like Monster Hunter. EDIT: Carlos, I played FFXI and I play Etrian Odyssey; I don't mind grinding.

I'll consider getting it then. Would you recommend it? I generally trust your tastes, Carlos, so if it's good I'll consider trying it out. In other news, I've been playing tons of Xenosaga over this break. Currently at the end of the third game and I must say that the game gets more epic the second time you play through it. So many new things you discover about the story, although I'm upset they canceled the series. It was supposed to be 6 games long, so the gap between 2 and 3 just seems awkward because there should have been a game inbetween them. I dunno. I'm going to actually play through all of Xenogears when I'm done, but I gotta purchase a new disc 2. Any suggestions for games after Xenogears? I was thinking of playing Sakura Wars because it looks great.
