When I need a break from school, I'll probably head out to GC (probably won't happen till mid-December). Also, get in touch with PhaethonH. totoroslayer (aka Myung) owns GC and can play BB. tl;dr - Just post whenever you're going to GC and see if you get any response. And if you do, then go.

When I hosted tournaments at UCSC, you need to talk to the student counsel for room reservations. The easiest way to do that is to talk to your RA. The student counsel building is next to the Crown dining hall. Since you are hosting a video game event, you might as well receive funding from the Crown Student Senate.
