BB Community > MB/GG Community That's okay. It's a big game, but what's not okay is this. MB/GG Community bends over -> BB rams their popularity up the community ass and let them do whatever they want. If you want proof, then look at the amount of GG/MB setups and stream time it had on the -main- stream site. You need to give Guilty and Melty the attention it deserves and THEN focus on the main event. If you want stream and recording setups that badly, then bring it yourself. If the MB/GG crew offers help, then extend a helping hand to them...like the stream not all be one-sided.

I'm just saying the truth and giving some real talk. Dacid and Chun had no intentions to make things go wrong, but important things have gone wrong and could be fixed for next time. Only time will tell if it can get followed through.

Regardless of whether or not I am missing the point, that's the reality. The more important point is, 'Even if you had the best intentions to integrate the communities together, it didn't produce the right result.' You can't change what happened before, but learn from it. I saw BB and the GG/MB community split with two separate streams with the BB community exploiting GG/MB equipment. That tells me that that the BB community doesn't give a rats ass about the welfare of the Guilty and Melty communities. Instead, people just decide to criticize the face-of-GG-community by saying, 'SHTTALK IS STUPID!' That's purely subjective; if you hate shttalk, then tell the douchebag to STFU. How is that hard to understand? Now do you see why people, like Buzzsaw, are pissed off? Show respect and give respect. If you can do that, then you'll get respect back. That's fine, but this is why we're in this predicament: - We let you use GG/MB stream/equipment, but nobody offered anything to help us. - Streaming was 99% BB with 5 casual setups. GG/MB only had an hour of stream time with less than 3 casual stations put together. - Anytime people openly shttalked, people criticize them behind closed doors. You know what that tells me - NCI shouldn't be NorCalINSTALL!, but BlazCalINSTALL! You took everything for what we're worth and used it to promote yourselves. Whenever we gave destructive/constructive criticism, you guys dismissed it cause it was 'HARSH TALK.' But whenever someone has a problem with a loud obnoxious guy, then you all tell me to tell them to shut up. If you have a problem with someone, keep the matters to YOURSELVES and don't bring it to us. It's not our problem to handle YOUR preferences in people. Don't expect people to change for you, but don't bring it to the community. I hate Blazblue, but do I have to be a dick about it? We are consistent at losing. The way you present yourself at NCI really does not leave a good impression with the GG/MB crew. I don't care if you beg to differ, but I'll be blatant and will only tell the stark truth. I've been at every NCI ranbat and organized it every month since November 2009. This is my impression of the BB community joining the NCI community. Have you ever tried to build a community from its' death bed and watch the scene revive...only to get beaten down and set aside like a ragdoll? That's what happened when BB came into the scheme of things. We expected it to become a main event and drown out all the other games. What we did not expect is the scene to exploit everything that NCI stood for while people decided to shat on everything in the name of, 'hype.' This includes, but not limited to: (1) Making personal egos like it's life and death and (2) exploiting other people's good wills for your benefit. When you see people make offers to help stream; when you see people trying to assist you with equipment setups, but waiting to play a game that they didn't sign up for; then you've lost sight of what NCI is really about - a community effort. The BB community has only contributed a take-n-take relationship with the MB/GG community. I have never seen anyone take the initiative to actually help the GG/MB community. And even if they did, then it hasn't been noticed by us. If you beg to differ, then prove me wrong. Have any of you cared to post on Meltybread to ask the community if they need anything...even to troll? So why do you see people hating on you, Dacid, and the BB community - it's cause you complain about the one fault we're, supposedly, notorious for and blow it out of proportion. When you do that, you're saying that NCI is no longer suitable for everyone, but only those that agree with you. Scott is right in saying that GG is no longer the mainstream game. But as long as you're in NCI, then you better show some fucking respect to the people who got this shit off it's feet. Real talk. Edit: Yes I am trying to make people mad.
