There has been no information on 24. 22 = BBAM LE 23 = Famitsu

No one knows what Color 22 looks like. 24 is shown here but it looks like the placeholder color used in previous titles.

I can't speak for the Hong Kong store, but the Japanese PSN Store updates randomly between 11am and 8pm JST.
