Free to see it how you want. He still has a lot more stuff to find I agree but his ignis meter and special startup speed is going to limit how far that's going to go to be practical. I have some nasty midscreen rc tricks that open up his Ignisless situations into a corner carry positive situation.

They are random like every other item. Also a waste of a equipment spot.

My matches playing him have been getting nothing but harder as people figured out his poor mixups and how his tools work. I don't think his bad match-ups can get any worse. I think some of his 5.5+ match-ups will become more even. He's not going to fall greatly down as he can still dish out huge amounts of damage, good meter gain, and pretty much every combo of his can corner carry easily.

If Relius gets hit while she's out she goes into slower regeneration mode and takes about twice as long to get back to full meter. Totally agree with Moi.

The best range for getting items is 700-999. Why you trying to dodge 999? It isn't hard. I've done it with every character in Stylish (Bmode).

If you are going for trophies you have to get to 999 for a trophy. After your first run of 1-999 it becomes very easy with all the items available to you. It took me about 60 hours to get all items being they are completely random.

Relius and Tager are even from what i've seen. Maybe Axis would like to say otherwise. I've watched Relius's dominate Tager completely one round then the Relius gets blown up the next round. It goes back and forth with those two characters. That can be punished sooooo hard by Tager.

+1. The main weakness is you have to use Ignis meter up to get in on high mobility characters. So by the time you get that hit confirm you don't have enough Ignis meter to finish the job with good damage. Have to dismiss her early and lose your pressure. Give him a primer breaker that isn't tied to Ignis, and lower the doll costs overall for active/inactive and he'll be more balanced to handle his bad match ups. The Haku match up of his that's horrible I honestly don't know how they will fix in later versions without making Relius too strong for his other match ups. He's a C+ imo.

In ranked im like 55% or w/e out of 100 matches. 333psr. Player matches (almost 200 matches atm) ive mainly fought Noel, Tsubaki, Platinum, Jin, and Mu players. Lately I been lower than 40% win rate in those matchups as it's a pain to get out of some of their pressure. Mu match and any other one that is more slower pace or requires full screen options is very even to going in Relius favor easy.

Relius vs Haku a 4-6. Man I want to smoke what those players are on to give Relius a 4 in that matchup. He deserves a 3 :/
