It's definitely after the active frame, you can see it pretty easy in a bunch of vids. There would be no point to using it if it were before the active frame. You can hear commentators mention it too, on occasion. It's definitely not broken or too good because it still has shitty range and mediocre damage, and it costs 25% meter. Also it's not like other characters can't do the same thing with their command grabs either, some of which do more damage than PB does.

Yeah it wasn't a solid combo, that's the point. Damage reset due to the dizzy. I was wondering if it was possible to shake out in time or if it was gauranteed to get that Bullet. Getting a raw Bullet into full combo would be fucking nuts, probably guaranteed death from most any life.

OS Burst YRC is cool because it's really situational, you have to have >25% and <50% meter to do it.

Yes she has 4 standing overheads. Overhead punch, Thriller Kick, that special move flip thing that's an overhead and you can use it as a dive in the air, and her Dust. She seems like a really hard character to block.

You can't reaction YRC to a YRC PB, you don't have enough frames. You just get thrown. Unless you weren't doing anything that is. But that's not a problem cause you guys never stop fucking pushing buttons

So does this game still have fuzzy guard as per the X2 series? Just wondering because if it does, I would assume you could probably do something like j.H |> 5P as a solid string, because they wouldn't be able to change guard animation so they wouldn't be able to duck the 5P.

I'm just not sure if it's like, canceling before it goes active? Or maybe say, 5P has the same exact frame of animation to it as well?

So does Buster wiff actually have a YRC point? I saw Consome doing something that looked like that in that recent tournament.

After nearly getting eliminated from NEC because someone left their wireless controller turned on I'm pretty much in the camp of banning wireless controllers myself as well. I guess PS3s don't have a thing that shows you which all controller ports are connected like the 360 does do they? If they did you could at least check and make sure nobody was still paired.
