It "staggers" if you hit them while they are grounded in a combo. I don't know if it puts them in an actual stagger state, I think it just has a lot of hitstun. Meaning you get an almost forced mixup off it after ending a combo with it. If you hit them with it while they are in the air near the corner in a combo, it seems to wall bounce slightly. What it does raw on hit or CH I don't know and haven't really noticed yet.

As some people have noticed, Azrael loses his "tattoos" after he does his Astral. That to me says the "tattoos" are probably more like seals and are involved with the limiter stuff. So when he Astrals someone it is like he took off his limiters. Also in one of his win poses when he takes off his jacket when he clenches his fist his "tattoos" glow.

Yes. 1) The potential unblockable. 2) If you have both weakpoints and get hit, you're going to lose a HUGE chunk of your life and probably get fullscreen corner carried and have another weakpoint applied anyway. We're talking like 4k+ meterless.

Here's some Bang matches I uploaded from the Leebros Arcade stream, these were casuals before a tournament started. I started the video late, and unfortunately the end gets cut off but there's still some good stuff in there. Since it was brought up in the wrong thread I'll talk about here, I doubt Amane is Tenjo's son because, Amane has a conversation with Bang and Bang does NOT recognize Amane at all. Considering how important Tenjo's son apparently is to Bang, you would think he knows what the hell he would look like. And considering Amane's nature and him having a troupe for whatever reason, it wouldn't really make that much sense for him to be so hard for Bang to find, ESPECIALLY if they are in Ikaruga of all places. I doubt Amane just ran off and suddenly decided to look the way he does, for Bang to somehow not know it is him. Unless they really go out of their way to stretch that "mystery" and do some shit like Amane just looks like that for a disguise but since that's part of his "power" I doubt that is the case. So yea I don't think Amane is Tenjo's son. I wouldn't be surprised however if Amane somehow knew where he was or had information about him if Tenjo's son is younger and thus Amane would show interest in him to know that kinda stuff.

Azrael also apparently has to use links for at least some of his combos. And while it might not be a limited "resource", he is still dependent upon the weakpoints to deal big damage and without weakpoints he doesn't seem to do all that much relatively speaking. I haven't seen much of Amane myself, but if I had to compare it would definitely seem like Bullet is easier than Azrael.

From what I remember seeing I don't think it has any startup invincibility, or at least it can't be used as a reversal. I'll watch the videos again and find out where I saw some examples and edit them in. Platinum gets hit by it here after she does what I guess is 2A on oki as he does wakeup SCP. http://youtu.be/4rd8WVMExis?t=1m1s That could be just from the fact that she was in recovery. Gonna find another example because I'm almost positive he got hit out of it in one of the videos. Here's an example where Platinum hits him out of it with Bat after he does it on wakeup: (1:25 into the video) http://www.twitch.tv/zeth07/b/341817527 My understanding of it is that it probably has some startup invincibility and works like Mu's DP and just blows people away. If however he holds it, it probably continues to absorb projectiles, but he can then be hit out of it by any other attacks as you mentioned with the active frames. I'm almost positive I saw a Jin hit him out of it during one of the location test videos after it had already been out for a while. But don't quote me on that. He can most definitely store more than one at a time though because I'm almost positive I saw that in one of the Platinum videos.
