Acceleration of Suguri is indeed a sidescrolling shoot em up. We're talking about Acceleration of Suguri X Edition, a sequel they released on both PC(inferior version imo) and Ps3. It's a versus bullet hell and tons of fun, simple to grasp, and very deep to get into. I'll bring it today! Some of the characters are BS until you understand what they do, how they do it, and what options you have against it. XD The only bs character is QP, who is banned as all get out.

So the conversation on Twitter today was Suguri side tournaments. I come here to propose that we finally do a real Suguri X tournament, at MWC. This will be the Mystery Tournament and i'll pony up a bonus cash prize and maybe a bonus special prize, as well. M'Ellis has also suggested putting out a bounty on me to whoever puts me into loser's and takes me out of the tournament. People that would be interested right from the get go that I can think of would be me, Kain, Klein, M'Ellis, Bane, John From Cookeville, KhaosMuffins... maybe Papstr, maybe Star? Eireprince too? It's also wacky enough that Out Of Staters that come might be interested, too. It'd be whatever entry was for Samurai Kirby last year, i'll have to dig to make sure it was a dollar or five or something. Yea? Nay? If you say Nay, then give me a good reason not to.

SO I RARELY RESPOND TO THE THREAD FOR SOME REASON. First: MWC IS INDEED next month. It is the 22nd and 23rd of June. Times for the games i'll be running are TBA. We'll also have a mystery tournament and it may or may not be Samurai Kirby again, i'm wondering if I should switch it up. Just The Tip is a space narwhal game where you have to poke the opposing narwhal's heart with the tip of your horn. It controls like a cylinder of jello. Ignore every off the cuff remark Klein makes. Guilty Gear is a good game Klein, i'll take you to Fight Night on Tuesday so we can both meet the new guy. Dark, you should play Suguri. After Chris G's special treatment at UFGT, I think i'm done playing fighting games competitively, or at the bare minimum, traveling to majors. I used to have this ideal where it was all about skill at the higher levels, but I see it's all about politics and who's backing you up. I'm done playing because I don't want to be around that, along with a number of other reasons that have been brewing up. I'll stick to hosting. If i'm the only one going to CEO i'm going to be hella disappointed. MWC is the last weekend of June, by the way, Jackie! I am down for watching Arc Revo after the tournament and playing graemz.

MTNG is in just a week! Can't wait to see everyone! Preparation for CEO and EVO begins now. Jackie has looked up travel prices. If I drive to CEO. I estimate around $252 in gas. Divided by four or five people, that's easily manageable. Megabus prices aren't updated yet. The big question is WHO'S COMIN WITH ME! ROAD TO THEME MUSIC. Haven't looked up hotel pricing yet, housing won't be an option but splitting a big ass room is. I'm putting my feelers out and seeing what we can get going.
