Hmmmmmm... we know that the machine at UFO does have some issues, but I'm not 100% sure if Ryan (the owner) is aware of these issues.
Please email him at info@arcadeufo.com and address the issues you are having with the machines.
Top 3 complaints
#3 - Sound randomly going out.
It's an easy fix, basically it sounds like there is a lose cord of some sort. It sucks to be playing Blaz, and all of the sudden there is no sound on the left side.
This issue has been here since the game has been installed.
#2 - Random slow downs and unpredictable slow downs.
It's odd, but the game will suffer random slow downs. Talking to that dude in Paris about this issue, he told me it's something to do with the way it's setup, and in no way is it a hardware or software related issue. It makes sense, if it was a hardware/software related issue, we would definitely be running into more issues that is game related besides just random slow downs (for those who know any error related issues with computer hardware/software, you guys know whats up).
We even exchanged boards, and we still have these random slow downs. So this kind of proves it isn't anything to do with the game.

#1 - Player 1 and 2 are switched.
I was told by the owner that this is an easy fix, and all he needs to do is adjust something to fix it. This being the #1 complaint, I can understand. As time progress and we continue to play, I still get confused at which meter or life bar to look at. Even when playing mirror matches, I have to think twice at which character I'm looking at. Thing is, I'm not alone on this issue. Other people have came up to me and told me that they feel the exact same way about these issues.

Email him, and hopefully these problems will be fixed.
