Why do combos whiff vs noel? sometimes after i do 3c 5b~6 whiffs, why is that?

im having problems getting around Nu's 5c. when i jump in i block it and then get raped by 2c. its the same way when i dash in whats the best way to attack Nu? cuz just using her drives arent the best way

umm you can break the throw, but it seems like it makes sense.

I do a lot of spacing when i play Tao i j.c to zone and i j.236bb when im coming in. If im dashing in i tend to dash in and do 5b and 2a, but 2a is kinda iffy, cuz they can just crush it by doing an overhead so mix it up. I only do 1 2a into a combo 2 2a's is kinda bleh for me

I have a question for anyone who can help. How can we as Tao players break someone guard librea? its takes a while for Tao to break one. Are there any set-ups we can use to break a guard cuz if we can find a new way to break guards fast it will make taokaka more of a force to mess with. Im working on some stuff now, i just need to find out the guard librea levels for each character. I also need to find out how much health/defense everyone has, so we can figure out easy ways to winning matches

No Taokaka does not have inviniblity on her d~b. I think she is invincible on her hexa edge, cuz its a dp

I jump in with 236bb sometimes, but i find that j.c is best when running away

Just play hit and run and when you have the chance go for a big combo, if you stay close to tager for to long he will try to throw you so just keep moving at at all times

1)The way i do pressure is end a string with 236aaa d~6. I will also do 2aa -> 6b j.236bbb to keep pressure. I also end strings with 6c to bait a jump and punish with j.c, but be careful of the range you do 6c from if your to close they will punish you. 2)The best way is to barrier guard to push them away from you I hope this helps somewhat

Well if you want to beat a noel player you have to out space/ camp her. She has a tough time fighting against any character who can out space/camp her. Yeah she has her lil optic barrel move which is easy to avoid. When i fight a Noel player i use my drive a lot to poke at her and run away. I play hit and run versus Noel. 4d j.4d d and j.d will help you a lot in this fight. After hitting them with a bunch of drives attacks and heavy swearing the Noel will then try to rush you down. This is where things get kinda tricky. Now your like yay Noel is in close to me its going to be like Christmas WRONG!!! If you are playing people who are not that good you will get drive spammed and you more than likely will lose your temper, but dont fear theres a way to get around that. Now Noel is hella unsafe cuz after she does her drives she has to reload her gun, so this is where you 2a, 5a, 5b, d, or if your close grab, but remember there are attacks where you dont want to poke out of which is Spring raid if im right, well the gun spins around and pulls you in closer to her. Do not try to punish off of this attack because you will be eating bullets because that move is hella safe. Now when playing players without a lot of exp you will see see 2d a great deal which is a overhaed and all buttons as in (a,b,c,d) lead into some unsfae move where there are relaod frames so punish after that. I think i hit most of the problems

5b CH 6c (wall hit) 214214c its a Tao combo it does around 3.2k worth of damage How do you hit people with a taught if its not in a combo? That just sounds hard to do due to the fact that the taught has no range, but im sue there is a way to use it with good results
