Chandler, you replied right when I sent you a message on XBL. It sounds like we're in the same boat. I live about 5 minutes away from an I-40 exit too, in Lebanon. If a carpool gets going, let me know. Another problem might be my executive chair. If it doesn't fit in the trunk/backseat of a car, I can't make it.

I might not be able to make it to this either. It's a bit of a drive (I mean, why Knoxville? It must have been closer for some of the out-of-staters). I thought about carpooling with someone if they were near my house though.

Oh yeah, Jordan's a great guy. That was the third tournament he has taken me to. First was a SC4 tournament, the second was a BBCT tournament where we first met Milln (although, Milln and I actually first met in a SC4 tournament, but we barely spoke), and yesterday was the third one. I told him we could leave after the Singles tournament finished, but he encouraged me to stay for the team tournament too. Then, he didn't mind me getting some casuals in. Like he said, he only really plays shooters, but he likes watching high-level play in fighting games. I was laughing at him because he told me at some points, he had no idea why the room would get hype. And sometimes, he would ask, "Now what just happened there." Somebody was getting slaughtered in one match, and he sarcastically asked me, "Does he even have a controller or stick in his hands?" He had a lot of fun though. And Tad, if you read this, he thinks you look like Heath Ledger a little bit. In his own words, "Heath Ledger faked his death to play some BB in Tennessee." XD

Shoutout time! Milln - "It's actually a coral reef." Thanks for the explanation. Awesome job, once again, at putting together and organizing this. As always, it ran smoothly. All of us bombarding Steak n Shake was fun too. I guess next time we'll have to bombard IHOP. Tad - As always, we had to fight again in a tournament. To be honest, I was nervous in our match. I didn't have too much Valk experience, and Kyle said he had been helping you train. Our casuals were ridiculous (in a good way) too. Keep training, and I'll see you at the next one. Kyle - Sigh... how can I hate Carl so much, yet befriend someone who uses him? Haha! Great job on taking 2nd. I think the long drive you endured was worth it. Hope you can make it to many more of our tournaments in the future. Matthias - Keep holding down those 720's... I'll be sure to jump right into them. LMAO. I didn't expect to see another high level Tager there, but I was thoroughly impressed. Hopefully we can get more matches in next time, even though we hate Tager mirrors. Chandler - You're still the only person insane enough to go for Astrals in a tournament. And I swear, I fight you and Tad in EVERY tournament, yet I still haven't fought Midnight in any of them. Why is BBCS 3/5 rounds???

Meh, I'm thinking about skipping this one. A two-and-a-half drive is mainly getting me, especially if only 10 or so people play in the BB tournament. I usually get someone to take me, but making them stand around/go around Knoxville seems weird. I'm also not sure how they would feel about me bringing the "executive chair," although, Vandy knows me and shouldn't mind.

Midnight uses a PS3 controller in these things. Just borrow his when he's not playing. He has one of those fancy converter dealies. A character must weigh more than 1,000lbs before I use him/her. They must also be tall enough to at least ride a rollercoaster. Platinum is far from these prerequisites.

Well, the problem isn't going to be the snow accumulation. It's mainly the fact that Friday will not see temperatures above freezing. Black ice is your threat there. I will say this though. This exact thing happened last year the night before KiT. Luckily, TDOT had all main roads completely clear.

2 to 3 inches of snow is in the forecast right now. I really hope they're overestimating it. Main roads SHOULD be clear though, no matter how much snow we get.

Yep, I started doing that not too long ago. The 6C randomly wiffs sometimes though, which I'm assuming is me missing the timing. Is there a way to get it more than 80% of the time? In other words, how do you guys do it reliably?

I noticed that too. Still though... not one held 6A in about six videos I watched yesterday is really weird. Is this a sign?
