Well, I've been to the last 3 or 4 Kumites, and they were all a blast. Of course, that's not knocking your MTN events, Milln. I'm extremely glad you stepped up to do this for us.

Oh, that's really lame. What if we all told them of the BB following we've been getting in TN? Would they possibly reconsider? EDIT Nvm. It's gonna be live streamed, so they will probably have a tight schedule, especially if they all have to clear out by 10 pm.

Does that also explain why sometimes a sj.C gets turned into a 5C (or any C-attack) when the opponent causes a superflash? I know many of us has had that happen at least once, and it's very frustrating...

Yep, Tad was at the last tourney. I can't remember who knocked him out, but he disappeared afterwards (someone asked him to do something). And forget losing to Bang this time around. I'm blocking low all day instead of trying to IB 720 everything. Maybe I'll block the occasional overhead.

Not sure if everyone knows, but Kyle and Tad are both planning on making it to this. To that, I say: Practice up everyone.

I prefer matches to be recorded (maybe I'm biased because I use a hype character). It seems like every time a match isn't recorded, something ridiculous/awesome happens. Plus, it seems lame to have a tournament without semi-finals and finals being recorded. Just my opinion...

I just wanted to chime in on something regarding fightpads for Cyner (or anyone else considering a fightpad). Personally, I think those SF4 fightpads are garbage. The d-pad is supposed to be more responsive, but I couldn't tell a huge difference. In fact, some of the diagonals (9 and 3 mainly) wouldn't register at all unless I put 200 pounds of pressure on it. A few friends also had some of the same problems with them. Like Milln said, don't try to learn a new fightpad/controller before learning a stick. It'll only slow you down.
