Because I sincerely wanted a reason to care about BB again, hell I think Mystic and 2link can attest that I pretty much singlehandedly revived BB in south Florida. But nobody seems to really care anymore. I'm sure we'll end up with more entrants for BB at CEO, but there's no reason we should end up with less than last year, and that's how it's looking at this point. And 2link I do retire every Saturday, I just keep coming back like Jay-Z. EDIT: And you know what? You'd retire too if you had to play Theo's Bang SEVEN HOURS STRAIGHT.

IMO 2A is your poke of choice in this matchup (well then again I think 2A is Noel's poke of choice in most matchups) I've been playing my local Ragna player since CT so we know a lot about each other but I think generally you want Ragna to approach you rather than the other way around. Don't get caught by some Deadspike bullshit blockstring in the corner. Well timed 2D beats it, but my favorite thing to do is wait for the start up of another one and TK air super with my back against the wall. Instant block is your friend, but like most characters I think Noel generally relies on conditioning your opponent to do certain things. Jumping in on Ragna is a losing battle, until you start empty jumping with j.D. That's probably my biggest gripe about Noel, but I digress.

No information on this matchup at all? I have a pretty decent local Bang player. Noel's booty anti-airs makes matchups against all airborne characters (Bang, Tao, Valk) pretty hard imo. Bang having two airdashes doesn't make it any easier. Whiffing 6A (why are you using this at all...) or 4D is super dangerous since Bang gets such easy pickups. Be wary of mashing AA if you see him dashing towards you, good Bang players will not get AA'd by Noel, of all characters.

Yeah you have to space it though, I've gotten hit out of it once. Either that or everyone has realized that Noel is not good.

Jumping in on Noel is so free. She was no doubt meant to be a risk reward character. Missing a 6C AA trade in CT got you fucked. They are not gonna fix 6A. In any case I wish people would know this before they claim we mash 4D on jump ins. We lose the ability to block and it's STILL better than 6A.

South Florida's scene is bigger because the name is so ambiguous. DWB is SFL and he doesn't even know it.

DWB got robbed, he's at least a smarter player, for some reason he's still doing CS2 Noel combos like a fool though. Whatever. Florida Blazblue got robbed of it's respect, because now it looks like BB is a game where people mash jab and super on wakeup and drop every other combo in the '2 out 3 of grand finals.' And finally, Theo got robbed because he is EASILY the best player in Florida and couldn't go because he didn't have any money. No offense to any other players, but if I knew what I knew now about the rest of Florida, I would've just taken Theo for free and got gas money from his first place winnings.
