2B is a good Anti-air. But as a general neutral tool, both 2B and 5B are way to slow on startup and recovery for me to feel comfortable with. Are they useless, no, but I just don't think they are that good for anything in neutral, and that's a part of why you don't see many of the japanese Labrys' using them that often.

Chun can afford the patience because the other character has to respect her normals. I just don't feel 5A gets us that much respect. Once you land that sweep though, things improve a lot.

Nope. I think you'll need to put it in terms of star wars and Legos. It just feels like jB is all she can do sometimes.

I still haven't had much time to play yet. Spent a lot of time putting together complex setups... Then watched Gunman use basically all of them... Damned Japanese. You still on Xbox? I'm home most evenings.

So, I've finally had time to play this game some. You guys may remember me from BB, I'm pretty sure i will wind up with Labrys, she's the most fun character by a long shot.

So I won't be able to make it tomorrow, but I'm still planning on being in Chicago for the 31st. Might even be able to bring another player along too. Don't know if I will have been able to practice Extend by then, but whatev's.

Well, if I make a trip I would need to iron out a few things in my plans. Mainly, use the trip to be somewhat productive, mostly looking for a better job in Chi-Town. Also, if I could crash on someones couch for a night that would help. But I'm not going to worry about that from tomorrow. I've got a meeting to go to that will really determine if I can make it Saturday or not. I have the misfortune of living too far from anywhere... Also, I probably won't pick up CSX for a while. There are three big games coming out and CsX came in 3rd... So... yeah.

I will see. Remember for me this is a 6-7 hour trip, so its just not easy for me to up and go. I should know better by tomorrow. I'll look at my schedule and see what I can do.

So wait, it's this saturday? Well, I had my date all messed up on my calendar, but I might still be able to make it up there. If it helps, I have a SE and TE 360 stick.

I dunno, maybe I'm weird, but nothing pisses me off more than being coddled like that. I'd rather lose to someone playing at full force that lose to someone who was toying with me.

Yo, I'm FlyingVe. I've actually been around for a while, played competitive Melee and VF4 back in the day. Now I'm mostly a Marvel guy (I make those tricks and tech vids that you see on SRK often), but BB is a close second. Kinda got burnt out on BB as of the last few months. I really play every game under the sun to some extent. I really want some people to play KoFXIII with. I'm free most of the time, but I live at the very bottom of the state... my GT is FlyingVe, just like my screen name.

This so much. When it's lagging so bad that 5B>5C>HF(2) drops, I just say fuck it, and put down the controller. At that point the match is out of my hands anyways.

Another important one is an anti-techroll OS. I know Hazama and Makoto can do this (maybe other characters too). 214214B. Meaty B, OS Jayoku if they roll.

E on the end sound like it means edition, like, CE = Collectors edition, or SE=Standard Edition. X is a cool letter and seems to say extend more. I like X.

Like I said, IDK, but I've seen more then one Mu player do it after a habacan in CSX, so there has to be some reason. Could just be more stable.

I already play Mu, Ragna, and Tager, but depending on how Relius feels I'll likely drop Ragna or Tager... or maybe try to play 4 characters... *shrug* My time with Marvel has leveled up my execution substantially, so Ragna and Tager were getting a bit boring to play. MU is still #1, but I fear she'll get like CS2 Tager, where nothing changed and I get bored.

Dash 5B. It wasn't hard, but it wasn't super easy either, and it got stupid on certain characters, the 5B version should be easier and much more stable. Also, Relius and Tager look pretty cool in CS2X.

Been seeing HabaCan into 5B rather then 6A. Probably because of a P2 proration change, but still, that's a much easier link, and it should be relevant for some other combo's too.

So... when is CSX coming to console? I'm stuck in that funk where I don't want to play a version of a game that's outdated.
