CT ara was winnable, I had to go through a loser's bracket filled with the buggers in CT. You just have to play super aggressive, remember how to deal with his gimmicks so you can punish everything you can, and do the absolutely HUGE awesome ara cha specific combos so you can kill him in 3 combos-ish. Those are still my favorite Bang combos. As for Carl, it's actually a true 9-1 matchup. You can only win against a competent CT carl if he makes a few catastrophic mistakes or you tech trap him x 99. The worst part about it was that your most basic bnbs would whiff on him randomly sometimes. Like CT carl in crouching CH state is under Bang's 5B hitbox iirc and other dumb stuff. Tao in CT was basically a tutorial in the necessity of IBing, once you learned to consistently IB 2B when she tried to stay in then punish with 2A into oki that matchup became alot easier. I didn't mind Rachel since it was really fun once you got in on her. <3 command grabbing 2C.

EZ8 is basically ground type but without the net gun and with the nifty manual reload on the rifle so it's really good too, it's just the ground type is considered the better variant. Personally, I prefer the EZ8 too though, it just looks cooler lol. And yeah, auto charge will be cool. I just hope they make speigel's charge that way too since holding down buttons on non-arcade is awkward as hell.

Turn A is god of gods tier, you're definitely right about that. Wing Zero normal is much better than custom, it's the easiest suit to rape with in the game. I'd put Nu next to haman quebely in top. Gundam is top tier 2k but hyaku shiki is a little below top IMHO. It's outclassed a little by gundam, deathscythe,and heavy arms and its main strength is its fantastic assist whereas gundam/deathscythe have ridiculous melee/good ranged aside from assist while heavy arms has great spammable ranged damage. Some people put the nataku pretty high, but I honestly haven't spent enough time with it or seen it played that well to know for sure. 1k tier, I'd put ground type and bernie's zaku in top. Ground type is obvious, for the best rifle in the game and zaku kai is obvious since it's the only suit that can set up oki pretty well. (Unless you count the GP-02's nuke lolol)

Ah cool. I played the shit out of next plus, me and sabator played each other a few times but multiplayer is inexplicably pretty laggy so my speigal custom combos were pretty hard to land. For some reason with one of my friend's psp it was alot less laggy and we'd have tallgeese duels that would be like 90% boosting lol. Honestly though, I play pretty much everyone in that game other than the seed/destiny suits. Who do you main?

Are we talking: 1) Endless duel? 2) Gundam vs Gundam Next? 3) Gundam Senki 0081? I just hope Extreme VS gets localized. So hype to play the X1.

I just got around to reading the hate for CT Bang a few pages back, and it basically translated for me to "I couldn't win with CT Bang wah wah wah wah wah." CT Bang was fine, as was his damage on pretty much everyone but Carl and Rachel. Not learning cha specific combos =/= character doesn't do good damage.
