  2. Good stuff maho. Slight fix on the third one down I'm assuming its 5b to 5c instead of back to back 5cs.
  3. Have we deemed 5b to some air combos not worth the trouble? Seems you could use the jump cancel to set up some other tech traps like the occasional j.D at the end of combos.
  4. Yeah I has figured it came down to forcing a bad tech, the same gf whiffs can be set up without those moves as well, plus 3c probably has greater range.
  5. I see Pet using 5B and 2B to GF for combo enders lately. Any advantage with way those prorate to justify using them instead 3C?
  6. Extremely impressive by Hage. I haven't seen much use of 5B being jump cancelable yet, seems like a tool to be used on block just for a simple mix up like when we could jump cancel 6A.
  7. With all the meter gain, spending 50 heat for a counter assault is looking like a more viable option than it used to be. I have been seeing Akira use it liberally in recent videos.
  8. Looks like you could add in the 5b elbow loop and get magnetism in the corner off a FC 2C.
  9. It's nice to see fights go how they should with a grappler. Tager may not get in more than once but these days that one time could be the end of the fight.
  10. Some sick nasty 2c fatal combos right there and ragnas health always makes them look better.

  12. Not sure if it is or not, I think you'd have better luck getting that RC off quickly takng a step forward and doing A sledge to the other side. Depending on the situation I think 50 heat is always worth it to put someone in the corner if the damage won't kill them.

  14. Yeah the fight is extremely boring if both players are well versed in the game. It's the same as the tager hakumen matchup, if both are good players it looks like a street fighter match.
  15. I won't argue that at all you already run into a lot of those already. You can always tell though of the person has years behind tager a lot of little things spring up.
  16. Eh at least people won't be good with him, he is better but the people winning with him now have been great with him for years already. He hasn't moved up the tier list based on new people picking him up and never will.
  17. I run into the same problem I get to see axis and them about as often as I appear here. I will blame it on the writing done for our website. I had a nightmare last nigh about the number of online tagers in extend, I woke up in cold sweats.
  18. 5b jump cancel corner carry combo wouldn't be a half bad thing to research.
  19. You know there will be countless resets based off jump cancel combos. I wonder if jump canceling 5b in a combo would benefit or actually lead to good damage? Not sure if it would ever out do AC whiff to 3c ect.
  20. Yeah I had just read combo rate and the new level increase and combo ability of 5b which is great. That beats out a lot of pokes in the game im surprised I haven't seen it used more in that manner with it being even on block and jump cancelable.
  21. They didn't really change damage on any of his moves did they? For the most part it seems to me it's just being able to get damage when you touch someone now. It was my problem with him as grappler, you should be doing more damage that everyone else in the game at the loss of mobility and lack of corner carry and all the like. I may only get to hit you twice a fight and you should feel it, like the CT spark bolt days.
  22. Yeah I'm really feeling for once it's not going to be a matter of everyone figuring out how to play their character, it's just a matter of not getting hit by Tager now when we can apply pressure in a variety of situations.

  25. I agree with Mu, Carl, Litchi, Arakune being tough on Tager but Haz is only hard just due to the run away factor. I don't think the matchup in itself is hard, lets be honest how many times have you wanted to fall asleep while playing him?
