Yeah I'm just going through training mode trying out all the characters right now. Im not too sure I wanna start with an advanced character or a charge one, even.. as far as playstyle I usually go for a zoning-type but I think I'll try a hybrid or rushdown here. Ill use teh resources! Ty.

That's why in a lot of games you see top players who choose to play a mid or lower tier character have a sub or backup character to cover a bad matchup of their main in tournies that aren't character lock.

Actually my team is Shulk/Doom/Tron..been having success with it , 2nd/4th in last two tournies I went to DHC between Shulk and doom is nice. BNB > Super > DHC to Sphere Flame kills any weakling, I think it does 850~860k damage. Can also do Super to Doom chair if you wanted to. Sphere flame XFC Sphere flame will kill like the entire cast Tron assist is just godlike for Shulk and Doom. Keeps Shulk in or keeps people off of Doom letting him throw dat PLAZMA BEAM. I use the rocks assist. I don't like the missiles because sometimes they can mess up your own combo. I find the missiles work better on a team that just wants to zone people out. Tron gets the unblockable too with Shulk. I need to step my Tron game up though. I love her assist but I don't really like her playstyle.. I did have trouble with heavy zoning teams.. =\ I dunno about Doom anchor, Shulk>Doom DHC is too good~

IDK I went to three small tourneys already. It's a fun game, and my friends play it, so it keeps me interested. I keep playing different characters / trying different teams though..I can't truly settle on one. There's just so much shit to do in training mode.

I mean IMO I think sentinel is still really good. He just doesn't have an assload of HP anymore, his damage is all still there, the super/hyper armor, etc. The X factor shenans are still gonna be there. You just gonna have to play more pro. I still think they should have just stuck him down to 1 or 1.1m though >_> I would have liked to see the DHC go..or Task's damage..or some other character balance instead of just ENTIRE PATCH > NERF SENT

As you were saying I believe she greatly requires a beam or projectile multi hit assist to be good. That and an OTG. I feel Wesker is a godlike pair with her (Go figure) Because of OTG properties, mixup, and the DHC glitch. The "RE5" team isn't actually a bad team either, everyone builds good meter for each other. Chris highly benefits off of her wallbounce assist is what I heard. Or just throw sentinel drones on that shit as your 3rd and profit, forcing them to block her mixup. She can stay safe with feral cancels. She has a command grab (You can actually combo grab B into grab A if you wavedash at them) I feel her level 3 should be comboed into , into her infinite. Although I won't do it, unless she's the last one or I don't have Wesker. I could easily BNB into DHC - Wesker to kill someone. Machine Gun hyper has 20 frames of invuln and works best midscreen, it also hits people out of their hypers a lot. I wouldn't use it too much..especially not for getting in. I think once she gets in it's going to be very hard to push her out. Special kicks , if blocked, cancelled into feral cancel = frame advantage. Forcing them to block another teleport mixup which, I'm pretty sure, they have to respect. In any case she's still new and things are still being figured out..I think she seems solid as of now.

Ive been in the lab bigtime with Jill. Yeah you can DHC trick her kicks super into whatever ya want.

idk i picked grass Im on the electric gym and idk, Flying/Electric lol, I need a rock/ground or something but I can't find one I tried using Sandile but it has low defense and gets chopped up by them air moves Can't power through with starter because of air moves Etc. I dont remember ever having such trouble with a Gym before lol Maybe I should actually use items
