  1. :/ Sorry to say but nothing from GGXXAC+ has been ripped at all. I know a program that could try to do it for PS2 disc if you had it. http://dustloop.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5105 I still haven't figured it out yet.
  2. It's come to my attention that many European players don't have easy access to Guilty Gear XX Accent Core +, at least the English version of Story Mode. I'm a little busy at the moment, but if anyone can spearhead turning the Storymode Script in to a FAQ form of the dialogue (which is pretty much reading and typing it up), I think lots of people would appreciate your efforts! I'll upload it to my Site Page and BioLogIn will upload it to GG.ru when he's notified.
  3. It's not that so much...it's because of dumb topics and dumb posts...though I must admit I'm guilty of that sometimes.

  4. I don't think I could sort it (i.e. gender/alliance) like that since there's a lot of information...that and Sol doesn't like many people.
  5. Airdash jD>5D hits when they try to jump, I guess I didn't mention that. As for what I said, he said he was uninspired or bored with Ragna, I was only trying to make Ragna more interesting, even if a bit more risky. I'm going to say it now: I never want to play an efficient Ragna...I don't like doing "the most damaging combos" just because they work or just because they do the most damage, or because everyone else who does them can testify to their effectiveness. I play cagey, with mind games. I play scary, or as some other players say "Shitty Sol". Or in this case "Shitty Ragna".
  6. AirCorsair, you've got it backwards. Millia was looking after an orphan she found while on the run, Johnny ran into her and decided to help. Not much about the "God Series" is mentioned before or after that. I don't know if Suzaku or the other local Japanese-fluent people have listened to the Drama CDs yet...or what their take is on the dialogue, but that's what I gleaned from the conversation she had with Johnny. As for this thread "dying", that's not something you guys need to worry about. This is a Q and A thread, so if you have questions, all you have to do is ask here. Meanwhile, I'll be posting Sol's relationship list soon...I'm debating on whether or not to break it up into two posts since it is a rather long list for him specifically.
  7. I never knew how to read these, nor did it occur to me when I could read them since the home consoles never update the data.
  8. It's not that I hate Gamefaqs. I'm a member there. I just try to keep their uh....content...there as well. Joke topics included.

  9. Don't hate me cuz I know how to play better than I know how to post.
  10. Yeah it does get Slash stages, though bear in mind resolution isn't so great and Justice's stage is missing Rain/Lightning.
  11. Well, if you don't already know, I'm in the progress of making Darkside-Ky for Mugen. I've done a lot of redone sprites for him. The premise being that he's a suped up Evil Ky in terms of moves and speed, think GGX Kuro Ky hunched over but with Riot of the Blood Iori capabilities or better. I've done animation for Inverse Vapor, an upside down Vapor Thrust...Grand Vapor, which is like Grand Viper, but a Vapor Thrust. And a few others I'm working on...but in particular I'd like to do certain frames for his attacks, but my Spriting is getting me nowhere...I liked what you did with Robo-Jam, that's why I'm asking you . You can see some of my stuff here (look for Darkside Ky stuff): http://mimeblade.oddigytitanium.com/Guilty_Gear/Guilty_Gear_Sprites/ http://mimeblade.oddigytitanium.com/Guilty_Gear/Guilty_Gear_Sprites/Darkside_Ky_Stance_Black.gif

  12. It's cuz I'm POPLAR! :3

  13. How big is Tager's Kara range, anyway? I keep getting thrown in places where I don't expect to be thrown...and it's not even a Tager Driver...
  14. Try using combos you don't normally use, like ID>Upper>Straight...land...5B>5D>Carnage Scissors..sure it isn't optimal damage, but it's scary to use. Airdash jD>5D combos are nasty-looking too. And having Ragna do j.D after Inferno Divider on the way down can sometimes punish people who quickroll. Just gotta act more beastly with him.
  15. Blade

    "Quicker" Rise...

I...I get punished by Neutral tech way too much. I have to try this!
  16. I'm having a hard time dealing with Jin at close proximity. His 5A beats out most of my pokes, and I've been having to deal with hit-confirm pokes into his DP. Do I just wait the DP out or is there a way to deal with his other mixup options? I get fooled by his 3C>Blizzard high-low alot too. Is there anything I can use to bait his DP without getting hit by it? If it doesn't come out, it usually means I end up getting poked by something faster than my own pokes at close range, or if I back away, I each crouching ice. Really need tips on close range here.
  17. I would LOL if Relius WAS Yhat Man. One of the Nox Nyctores was mentioned to be a bell, you don't suppose it's a sound weapon?
  18. Er...um...can you guys help me find some good combo loops? Stuff that works in Guard Stun>Combo and stuff that's RC-worthy?
  19. jD>Hotaru is easy, just do the input before the counter follows through with a hit. All Ds are special cancellable. You could do jD>Tsubaki too, but it'll just wiff. :8/:
  20. To uh...change the topic...does anyone plan on getting this book?
  21. Angra is named after a Brazillian Metal band, for what it's worth. Also, I really want some high quality scans of the art, if only for making PNG Fankits.
  22. I still think calling Chipp's blade Les Paul is cool, same for May's Bohemian.
  23. I've played both sides of this, Jin has the unique opportunity to use j.C, j.D as an overhead crossup if you aren't careful. It's risky for him, but because Haku has a huge crouching hitbox, it works. You can catch air stuff with 6D. Don't forget j.D can use Hotaru as followup. Useful if they like to do Air Musou on you.
  24. Guilty Center??? Never heard of it.
  25. Darkside-Jin's (Tentative) Movelist! Sekkajin Hitotsu (236A) --The first strike of Sekkajin, gain hit stun and moves forward on strike. Has followups. >>Sekkajin Futatsu (236B) (After Hitotsu) --The second strike of Sekkajin, more hit stun and hits low. Has more followups. >>Sekkajin Mittsu (236C) (After Futatsu) --The third strike of Sekkajin, more hit stun and hits high. Has more followups. >>Sekkajin Yottsu (236A) (After Mittsu) --A second mid strike...knocks the opponent back into stagger and fall animation. >>Sekkajin Itsutsu (236B) (After Mittsu) --A second low strike...knocks the opponent to the ground in sweep. >>Sekkajin Muttsu (236C) (After Mittsu) --A second high strike...knocks the opponent in the air. >>Sekkajin Nanatsu (236A) (After Yottsu) --A rushing blowback strike that cancels the knockdown animation. Can dash cancel. >>Sekkajin Yattsu (236B) (After Itsutsu) --Swipes his sword upwards to send the opponent up off the ground. Can jump cancel. >>Sekkajin Kokonotsu (236C) (After Muttsu) --Leaps into the air with an aerial Ice Musou Strike. Hits twice into knockdown. >>Sekkajin Too (236D) (After Any) --Freezes the opponent, can only be used once per combo. Tentou Hishouken (214A/B/C) --Throws an Ice Blade in the opposite direction, hits the opponent from Behind, pushes them forward a bit on impact. Aerial Tentou Hishouken (214A/B/C) --Throws Ice Blades that go upwards at varying angles and speeds, C goes in the opposite direction. Tentou Hishougeki (214D costs 25% Heat) --Throws a 3-hit Iceblade that hits the opponent from behind. Freezes on impact. Aerial Tentou Hishougeki (214D costs 25% Heat) --Throws 3 Ice Blades upwards, 2 up at an angle, and one moves forward. Freezes on impact. Senshouzan Ouda (421A/B/C) --Hops quickly and does a downward Slash that causes ground bounce, the stronger the attack, the faster it comes out, instant overhead, also aerial. Tosshougeki Ouda (421D costs 25% Heat) --A hopping forward slash that causes instant knockdown/knockback. Floor Slide on Counter-hit. Fubuki Yoha (623A/B) --Stands still for a moment until an attack strikes, absorbs the hit and counters with his own. Untechable knockback as before, but you can now follow up with several moves. A recovers from stance faster, not completely invincible in this state however. >>Kyouhon Fubuki (623A/B) --A dash-motion version of Fubuki that causes wall bounce. >>Kyouhon Rehhyou (623C/D if out of Meter) --A dash-motion version of Rehhyou that will cause completely untechable knock up and fall back for a number of frames, difficult to time, however. >>Kyouhon Hirensou (623D costs 25% Heat) --Freeze and huge floor slide for decent Damage. (A) Hirensou Shingetsu (623C/D can cost 25% Heat) --Pulls back and throws out a stunning quick strike (C version), D version freezes on impact. Has additional followups. (AB)>>Hirensou Tsukikage (623C/D can cost 25% Heat) --Whips out another Arcing strike which can either Stun or Freeze, and then sends out his knockback strike per usual. Causes Floor Slide on 2nd hit. This totals for 3 hits. (AC)>>Musou: Senshouzan (236A/B/C) --Follows up with Musou moves instead for a good high low mixup. (AD)>>Musou: Tosshougeki (236D costs 25% Heat) Moves go: Hirensou>Hirensou (3 hits), Hirensou>Musou S. (3 hits), or Hirensou>Musou T. (3 hits), D versions can cancel into one another for multiple Hirensou chains. ---Distortion Drives Touga no Getsumei (236236D...D,D,D 50% Heat required) --Throws out a single fang, but can throw out an additional 3 other fangs. One Fang equates to 3 hits, holding D at any time will Freeze the opponent on impact, this stops the move however. Gekkeiha Hyoujin no Hiyoku (632146D,D,D,D,D... 50% Heat required) --Strikes with a single movement similar to Hirensou, but this hit follows up with rapid fire flurry of Ice Arrows. This move can wiff and the arrows can still come out, up to 15 of them maximum, they aim upwards and arc downwards and Freeze on impact if D is ever held down, this will NOT stop the move, however. --Astral Heat Nox Nyctores Released! (214214D) --Unleashes the full power of Yukianesa which includes instant freezing by any projectile with no cost to Heat, Freezing does not damage the opponent in this state, however... >>Arctic Dungeon Zwei (360+D) --Can only be done when the opponent is Frozen!! Freezes the opponent, then splits them into four fragments. Ends in an Astral Finish.
