For one, I don't use 214D to end most of my combos and just go for a normal 214B for knockdown. I stopped picking up Nu off the ground in a combo resulting in more than 7 hits to ensure I keep pressure in the corner. I incorporated 6D in my game and try to counter Act Pulsar with 2B now. I don't whiff my combos as much and I do the ground loop whenever I can for better damage. I also block Nu's attacks a lot better than in this video. I play about the same in every other way, but I try not to fear Nu too much. I play against other characters with even more inclusion of 2A and j.A as well, but I don't actually have a recent vid of me playing sadly.

  4. Of course it isn't. It has a limit on how much damage it can take, which is what I'm referring to. I don't think sledge goes through over 2.0ish k damage, meaning than BBL and Jin's ex ice blade beat it out. I'm wondering if it's the same for Tsubaki.
  5. I can answer this one. Yes, you can, and you can add in a C musou after a 6C for knockdown due to the height change.
  6. Does j.236B and j.214B have projectile invincibility? If so, then Tsubaki might seriously be able to rush down Lambda pretty well if she can go through Lambda's TK crescent, 6D, or 2D. I guess 236B can go through Jin's drive and Noel's drive as well. Death spike won't be useful against it either maybe. Arakune's 2D might be useless as well. About how well do the B moves go through projectiles? Is there a limit on how much you can damage you can go through like Tager's sledge?

  10. The FC on Yukikaze is probably for a RC combo. 100% meter is horrible though for Jin. Either way, his new super has its uses. Easy to see Tager pressure, predictable Ragna pressure, closing the distance on Lambda, etc. I wonder if you can input the super in after an IBed Lambda 236D after the first hit. Most likely there is too much blockstun though.
  11. Ok, I'll delete the post when you do. So going from the Buppa videos, it seems that we can CH Hazama drive jump-ins with a simple Fubuki or Ice Arrow super. Buppa got a little trigger happy with Ice Arrow it seems. Also, CH 5C-6C-sj-j.2C-j.D-j.66-j.2C-j.C-66-5B-5C-3C was done on Hazama for 3020 damage. Both questions were asked about a dash delay combo and if 5C-3C in a combo, so it's good now. Ice Arrow is very useful for extra damage considering that all supers have a base damage in every combo no matter what. Two in a row for game might happen a lot.   12. I'm liking the blue/purple one. I get the feeling that she might get a lot stronger after a few months, while Ragna is already almost topped out. Her matchups are definitely going to change for the better unlike Rachel. Does she have a disadvantage on a IBed 236D?

  15. It looks like he did it too slow (to me) actually. I didn't think his air version of ice car had a height change, just a nerfed travel. Either way, that throw setup is really easy to spot and might not work anyway. The best RC combos might come from ice car B on the ground (at least, that's what seems to be the most useful situation for it).

  23. Come on Jins. In this time, we need to all rely on our favorite tool, the 2B. This move will make all of our dreams come true. Who cares if Tager has a reliable anti-air, goes through projectiles, can grab you on the ground, and is overall faster? Who cares if Hakumen has a lot of new tools, still does massive damage, and is also going to be superior? The point is, we are Jin, and all we need are ice cars. We still can't be stopped at this rate. All jokes aside, I still think Jin doesn't have it that bad. I think Jin vs. Rachel, Arakune, Lamb-chan, Noel, maybe Carl, and Taokaka are going to be in Jin's favor. Ragna is now going to tear apart Jin, and Tager and Hakumen are going to as well. Our counter Distortion drive will be good though with it's 3800-ish damage. So we aren't entirely screwed, just a little screwed.
  24. This matchup is the worst for me. I can get in a few times, but like someone already said, I just can't stay on her. She usually barrier blocks until I am just out of range. I am then worked with C moves. One backdash or 2C and I'm out with massive damage. Also, does Jin have a counter for 2C without his Gale? It seems like I have nothing else that beats it out, air and ground. At least now I have something to stop Act Pulsar half the time. Thanks.
